Study On Optimization Strategy Of Community University For The Aged Planning And Architecture Design In Shenzhen

With the development of aging in China,the problem of aging has been paid more and more attention.As an important carrier of education for the elderly,the University for the elderly is an important channel to meet the diversified spiritual and cultural needs of the elderly and promote their continued socialization.At present,the construction speed of the University for the aged is far slower than that of the aging population in China,which can not meet the needs of the elderly.Therefore,the research on the planning and construction of the University for the aged is very urgent.This paper has taken Shenzhen community and the University of the aged as the research object,combined with the relevant theoretical research at home and abroad as the basis,from the physical and mental needs of the elderly,behavior mode and other aspects,through the survey of the planning and construction status of the University of the aged and the questionnaire survey of the use of the buildings and classrooms in the University of the aged,summed up the planning layout and architectural design of the University of the aged There are two problems.From the perspective of city,the author analyzes the existing problems in the planning and layout of Community University for the aged from two aspects: the unreasonable planning and layout of Community University for the aged and the lack of interaction between Community University for the aged and public service facilities in surrounding cities.From the perspective of the community,the author analyzes the existing problems in the location selection of Community University for the aged from the perspective of the weak sense in the community.From the perspective of architecture,the author analyzes the external entrance and exit form,functional configuration,the use status of each functional space and plane streamline of the community university for the aged,and analyzes the existing problems of the community university for the aged at the architectural design level.In view of the problems existing in the planning and architectural design of Community University for the aged,the author selects two cases to confirm the previous analysis and provide the basis for the subsequent design suggestions.Based on the behavior mode and spatial evaluation results of the elderly in the school building,the author understands the spatial needs of the elderly to the community university for the elderly,puts forward the flexible and multi-functional design principles of the interior space design of the community university for the elderly,and based on this,thinks that the community University for the elderly should meet the diversified needs of the elderly rather than just stay in the learning needs.Finally,based on the current situation of planning and construction of community-based universities for the elderly with "funds,policies and site restrictions",the paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to solve the current problems of community-based universities for the elderly.In the aspect of planning and design,it mainly puts forward countermeasures and suggestions from two aspects: optimizing the spatial location and layout of community-based universities for the elderly and improving the surrounding urban space.In the aspect of architectural design,the author proposes that we should combine the old with the old In,the actual situation of the University attached buildings strengthened the connection between the external space and the community,the multi-functional building plane,the diversified functional configuration,and the optimization strategy of improving the indoor space atmosphere.Finally,the author also puts forward some suggestions on the operation and management of Community University for the aged.I hope that through the research of this paper,I can enrich the research on the types of elderly universities in theory,and provide basis and reference for the planning and construction of community elderly universities in Shenzhen and even the whole country in the future.
