Research On The Optimization Strategy Of Community Library Planning And Architectural Design

There can be less communication between the neighborhoods of modern urban residents,also the community identity of residents is indifferent.As a factor that activates community life,community libraries should play the role of urban living room,provide citizens with opportunities for learning and places to communicate,thus reluctant residents' sense of community belonging,and become the key to guiding the healthy development of the community.In this context,this paper focuses on the community attributes of community libraries,and guides the behavioral needs of residents.Through field research,it points out the problems in the planning and construction of community libraries in Shenzhen,and redefines them in combination with developed countries' development models and cases.The community library,based on this,proposed the planning and architectural design optimization strategy for the Shenzhen community library.First of all,the author found through field research that although the number of community libraries in Shenzhen is large,the layout is not reasonable,and it is generally in the form of “room”.It is small in scale,single in function,and indifferent in space environment.There is a big gap.Secondly,the author comprehensive residents behavior pattern and spatial evaluation results,understand residents' needs for community library space,and propose three major trends of community library's future development: compound,humanization,informationization,and based on this,community libraries should It has four functions: book reading,lifelong education,leisure and entertainment,information dissemination and communication.Finally,based on the current status of community library planning and construction,which is subject to policy,funds and site restrictions,the author proposes two types of community library architectural layouts,which explain their advantages and disadvantages and applicable principles.The optimization strategy isproposed in four aspects: architectural graphic design,interior space design,external space design and personalized design.The new planning and construction model introduces more possibilities in the standardized community library construction pattern,enriches the entire community library network,and also activates some rigid public spaces in the community,promoting residents in the process of reading.The exchanges between the villages barely affect the sense of belonging of the community.
