Research On Design Pattern And Planning Index Of Improved Aged Community

The phenomenon of the aging and disability of the population has become prominent in China since the 21 st century,and has significant characteristics : great scale,quick accelerating and complicated practical situation.Traditional family structure and nursing mode are difficult to solve a series of problems generated by the phenomenon.Furthermore,the industry of aging population is going through the changes of from material needs to spiritual culture needs,from general needs to rigid needs,from public needs to individual needs and from manifest needs to potential needs.However,spiritual culture needs,rigid needs with high level,individual needs and potential needs are rarely involved in the traditional nursing mode.It is urgent to promote the industry of aging population which can meet the new and higher needs.Based on the background of reality question of rapid development of the aging population and development difficulties of industry of nursing and serving in this paper,the concept of improved aged community is put forward,aiming to conduct multi-layered researches of needs for nursing and coping strategies,answer practical needs with higher level and meet the needs of the public for good life increased day by day.This paper comprehensively expounds the current reality background,research literature,research content,research methods,etc.of the improved aged community,and determines the definition and connotation of "improved aged community" through the identification and analysis of related concepts.Secondly,conduct pilot surveys,questionnaire surveys,in-depth interviews,etc.to select typical cases at home and abroad to analyze the main factors affecting the construction of improved ages communities: higher-level needs,including privacy,sense of belonging,and order;more reasonable scale control.Then,the reliability and validity of the collected questionnaire data were tested,and the weight and ranking of the influencing factors of privacy,sense of belonging,order and the service radius of each supporting facility were determined through hierarchical analysis and frequency analysis.Based on the design model of the improved aged community at the three levels of privacy,belonging and order,it provides theoretical support for the following research on scale indicators.Finally,through descriptive statistical analysis of the planning indicators of 36 domestic field research cases and 44 foreign literature cases,the dependency of any two of them and more accurate calculation formulas of distance away from city center,scale of using land,scale of architectural,the number of bed and the scale of architecture are got through the application of multiple regression method.The author deeply researches the mode of design and scale control of improved aged community from new perspectives of improved needs model and multiple regression model.The mode of design which adapts to the aging of the population for improved aged community is put forward from macroscopic level,multi-component functional needs and strategy of planning design are elaborated from medium level,scale control indexes of improved aged community are analyzed from micro level.Correlation conclusion and calculation formulas of relevant indexes are put forward,aiming to exploit new mode for the nursing for the elder and give rise to thinking with new direction and explore of deep level to solve the aging population problem in China.
