As the pillar industry of China’s national economy,the development of the construction incumbent enterprises plays an important role in the operation of the whole national economy.However,in recent years,emerging technologies have broken the balance between the internal and external environment of the traditional construction industry,and construction incumbent enterprises have to innovate their business model to maintain their competitive advantage.However,the rapid change of internal and external environment makes the uncertainty of business model innovation stronger,which makes it difficult to make a correct decision of business model innovation strategy.Therefore,it is particularly important to study the business model innovation strategy decision of the construction incumbent enterprises.In the past,the decision-making of business model innovation relies on the subjective experience knowledge of managers,which has shown its limitations.It needs to expand and innovate the research of decision-making model.The advantage of Bayesian network is that it can objectively solve the uncertain decisionmaking problem.Therefore,this study uses Bayesian network to build a decision-making model suitable for the business model innovation strategy of the construction incumbent enterprises,which provides a new thinking and method for the decision-making of the innovation strategy of the business model of the construction incumbent enterprises.Business model innovation strategy decision-making is an uncertain decisionmaking problem.It is an important premise to identify the key factors and analyze the mechanism of business model innovation strategy decision-making.From the perspective of technological innovation,this paper first identifies and selects the key factors that affect the innovation strategy decision-making of the existing enterprises in the construction industry through literature research.According to the previous research on the types of business model innovation strategy and the actual situation of the construction incumbent enterprises,four business model innovation strategy are constructed from two dimensions of business model innovation types and innovation degrees.Secondly,the measurement method of model variables is determined,and then the sample data of 86 listed construction enterprises are obtained through database query,questionnaire survey,field survey and other methods,and the data is standardized,and finally the model training data is obtained.Then,taking the prior knowledge of experts as the background,we use the Bayesian network simulation software Ge NIe to learn the Bayesian network structure and parameters in turn,in which K2 algorithm is used to learn the network structure of 86 sample data of listed construction enterprises imported into the database,and then optimize the network structure with the knowledge of experts,on this basis,we carry out parameter learning,so as to build the architecture Bayesian network decision-making model for business model innovation of construction incumbent enterprises.Finally,the paper analyzes the case of Chongqing Construction Enterprise to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the model.The purpose of this paper is to provide the theoretical basis of business model innovation decision-making for the senior managers in the construction incumbent enterprises. |
