Study On The Influencing Factors Of Institutional Efficiency Of Construction Enterprises’ Credit Evaluation System

The construction industry credit evaluation system has greatly improved the credit environment of the construction market since its implementation.As a nationwide supervision system for the construction industry,the effect and efficiency of the implementation of the credit evaluation system lack of social attention.Based on this,through the research on the credit evaluation work of all provinces and cities in China,the current situation of the credit evaluation system of China’s construction industry is investigated.First of all,based on the current situation of the construction industry credit evaluation system in provinces and cities across the country,this paper summarizes the characteristics of the main body of the construction industry credit evaluation system,the content of the evaluation,the method of information collection and the application of the results.This paper studies the systemic problems of credit system by selecting the relevant system in chongqing as the typical case,and analyzes the fundamental causes of the problems.Then on the basis of investigation and research,combining practice and theory,defines the connotation of the construction enterprise credit appraisal system efficiency and performance,and to establish the efficiency analysis of the theoretical framework of the construction of credit evaluation,based on the analysis framework of "environment-main body-system" sums up the influence the efficiency of the system are the four key factors,including system environment,government,social organizations to participate in,the system system defects.On the basis of literature research and the conclusion of practical investigation,the structural equation model of the factors affecting the credit system of construction industry is constructed.Through the questionnaire survey to collect data of main factors affecting the efficiency of the construction of credit evaluation system,using SPSS software and AMOS software for data exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis,the structural model fitting and intermediary effect analysis,the results showed that the government governance efficiency and adaptability of system configuration efficiency has positive significant effect,the influence degree of the governance ability of configuration efficiency is greater than the adaptive efficiency of government governance ability for the system defect significant inhibitory effect.Social organization participation has positive and significant influence on institutional allocative efficiency and adaptive efficiency,and its influence on adaptive efficiency is greater than that of allocative efficiency.Institutional environment has a significant indirect effect on institutional efficiency and a significant inhibitory effect on institutional system defects through the intermediary function of government governance ability and social organization.Based on the analysis results of the model,from the policy to promote within the system,system optimization,the construction of open system network,foster the subject of multiple participation and enhance the learning ability and so on five aspects put forward the Suggestions for the improvement of the efficiency of the credit system level,in order to promote credit system across the country are improving,the long-term effective mechanism of constructing the credit system,promote the construction market credit environment continue to improve,law-abiding business become more common.
