Based On Coordination Management Assessment System Design

It’s shown that numerous participants, long construction cycle, complicated technology and professional management have been the development trend for large scale projects, due to which it is inevitable that there’re conflicts and contradictions happen during the whole process of the projects construction, where the coordinated management play as lubricant to reconcile the conflicts and contradictions. As to construction enterprises, effective coordinated management can weigh and balance the conflicting objectives and the optional objectives to balance the interests of all the stakeholders from an overall situation. Coordinated management is significant in view of realizing the enterprise goal, for that it can handle the various relationships in or out the organizations so that to promote the organizational goal to come true.There are many methods to coordinate, among which establishing a good institution is the best way. Institution is a method to regulate the inter-relationships between people, reduce the conflicts and contradictions during the deal, and help people to make good collaboration. On the basis of previous study, consisting with the construction projects coordinated management theory and new institutional economics theory, this paper made further study on the mechanism of action between institution and coordinated management. Initially, expositing the interrelationship between institution and coordinated management in terms of dimensionalities of institution, including efficiency dimension, function dimension, and culture dimension. Additionally, institution can be devided into four levels, institutional environment, institutional arrangement and institutional installation, they can be represented in corporation level by property relations, corporate governance structure, corporate management system and corporate culture separately, in accordance with that, this paper integrate corporate institution with the four characteristic attributes of coordinated management, value creativity, transfer effectivity, extension and difficult imitation, and construct the wheel-model. This mode build the evaluation index system for coordinated management considering the aspects of coordinated management for organizational relationship, resources circulation, functional activities and interpersonal relationships, which will improve the enterprise efficiency consequently realizing coordinated management.Reasonable institution design is the basically guarantee to coordinated management, only when the matching institution was constructed the coordination management can be carried out successfully. By understanding this,this paper focus on studying the inner relationship between coordinated management institution and coordinated management, which is of not only theoretical meaning but also realistic significance.
