| The urbanization process has brought about urban problems such as traffic congestion,environmental pollution,public space compression and declining quality of life.The Greenway can combine the travel chain and the ecological chain to achieve high-frequency overlap between the daily transportation needs of the citizens and the environmental needs of leisure and livability,which strongly supports thegreen livable forest city”and the“friendly greenway".Therefore,the greenway has been widely respected in recent years.However,there is no further study on the question of "what kind of the greenway people are satisfied with",which leads to problems such as poor location,inconvenient connection and inadequate supporting of some green roads,which reduces the public’s interest in the greenway.Therefore,constructing a method to effectively evaluate the satisfaction of greenway use is of great significance to the planning and design and investment management of urban greenways.Based on the user behavior analysis and customer satisfaction theory research,this paper selects eight levels of indicators,including greenway landscape,service facilities,marking lines,the design,accessibility,continuity,safety and overall satisfaction of the slow lanes are used to construct an evaluation index system for urban greenway use satisfaction.The exploratory factor analysis of the evaluation index was carried out by using SPSS software.Based on the screening of measurement indicators and the establishment of factor structure,the urban greenway use satisfaction model was constructed by structural equation model.Taking 7 urban greenways in the central urban area of Changsha as the research object,they are divided into traffic greenways and recreational greenways according to geographical differences and usage characteristics.The influencing factors of the satisfaction of the two greenways are obtained through path analysis.According to the collected questionnaire data,the stability and applicability of the model were tested in AMOS,and the model optimization was realized.The evaluation of the satisfaction of Changsha Greenway users was completed.The results show that the factors affecting traffic greenway satisfaction are ranked by marking line(0.4),continuity(0.33),greenway landscape(0.31)and safety(0.18).According to the importance degree,the factors affecting the satisfaction of the recreational greenway are continuous(0.31),greenway landscape(0.24)and marker marking(0.15).The public has no doubt about the safety of recreational greenways.The subdivided index coefficient further shows that the overall requirements of the traffic greenway for the marking line are higher,and the recreational greenway is more concerned with the correctness of the marking indication.The requirements of the two greenways for the greenway landscape are not much different.In terms of continuity,the convenience of traffic-type greenway crossing is more important than the connectivity with the community,indicating that conflict handling with motor vehicles is a key link in the design of greenway continuity.The cruising greenway is the opposite.In terms of safety,the public is most concerned about the isolation of greenways and motor vehicles,far exceeding the internal facilities of the Greenway,indicating that solving the conflict between people and vehicles is the core of handling security issues.The research enriches the greenway evaluation theory,and the constructed index system and model can provide reference for relevant research.The research results improve the layout and design of greenway from the supply side in Changsha,optimize management and investment,and enhance the residents’sense of well-being and gain.The practical significance has a certain reference value for this kind of problem in a larger geographical area. |
