Study On The Evolution Characteristics And Dynamic Mechanism Of Village Settlement Space

Under the background of economic and social transformation,the villages and towns in China are faced with such outstanding problems as resource and environment constraints,unbalanced regional development,serious population loss,and regional cultural decline.Therefore,it is urgent to explore the laws of the evolution of villages and towns with scientific theories,so as to grasp the evolution trend of villages and towns,formulate rural policies and planning management more scientifically,and then serve them In the National Rural Revitalization Strategy,to undertake the development opportunities of villages and towns in Southwest China.In this paper,Yongchuan District of Chongqing is selected as the specific empirical region,and 2005-2017 is selected as the research period to study the spatial characteristics and dynamic mechanism of the evolution of village and town settlements,which has important theoretical and practical significance for deepening the research of village and town settlement system and guiding the further optimization of village and town settlement space.Based on the research framework of "evolution characteristics dynamic type comprehensive mechanism",this paper selects three time nodes in 2005,2012 and 2017,and uses GIS spatial analysis,landscape pattern analysis,mathematical econometric analysis and spatial econometric analysis to study the dynamic evolution of village and town settlement space from the distribution,scale and shape of village and town settlement,and analyzes its impact The type of response force and the comprehensive mechanism.The main conclusions are as follows.(1)The evolution characteristics of the village and town settlement space in Yongchuan District: the expansion direction of the village and town settlement space in the whole district is "North-South extension,east-west contraction",the degree of concentration is "intensification,distance reduction",the distribution density is "dense in the south,sparse in the north,boundary growth".The scale feature is "small scale,polarization",and the scale transfer feature of each town is "medium scale transfer,obvious differentiation",which can be divided into five types,i.e.high value transfer and high value transfer.Based on the dynamic degree of scale transfer and morphological characteristics,towns in the whole region can be divided into six typical patterns.(2)The dynamic types of the spatial evolution of the villages and towns in Yongchuan District: the dynamic factors of the spatial evolution of the villages and towns in Yongchuan District are divided into natural geographical dynamic factors(elevation,slope,river factors),social and economic dynamic factors(population,economy(third output value)factors),construction and development dynamic factors(main traffic,rural traffic and urban location,town location factors),policy and culture There are four types of dynamic factors(policy guidance,planning control,administrative division adjustment,folk culture factors),which have different effects on the distribution,scale,and form evolution of village and town settlement space..(3)The comprehensive mechanism of the spatial evolution of villages and towns in Yongchuan District: Based on the method of global regression analysis and local spatial regression analysis,the comprehensive mechanism of the evolution of villages and towns is analyzed,and then it is concluded that the spatial evolution of villages and towns in Yongchuan District includes four kinds of leading dynamic models: multiple driving force,dual driving force,single driving force and ecological conservation.
