With the continuous development of Xinneng Automobile,X Automobile Company has ushered in new development opportunities,but also faces new challenges.As the company's demand for high-skilled and innovative talents continues to increase,the company's human resources work is facing tremendous pressure.Faced with increasingly severe challenges,enterprises must work hard to tap their potential.As a large state-owned enterprise of the world's top 500,X Automobile Company has always attached great importance to the development of staff training.The training time has been increasing,the training content has been expanding,the training scope has been expanding,and the enterprise's requirements for staff training have been increasing,training mode also changes with the continuous change of enterprise development strategy.As a large state-owned automobile group,X automobile company's products involve many fields,such as R & D and manufacturing of complete vehicles,automobile service trade,investment and financing,etc.At present,the company has formed a relatively complete training system.However,facing the continuous change of training management,the company's original evaluation mode has been unable to meet the current needs of training effect evaluation.Therefore,how to conduct training effectiveness evaluation more scientifically and effectively has become an urgent problem for the company to solve.Through the research and analysis of the training work of X Automobile Company and the current situation of the training effect evaluation,this thesis seeks for the problems in the training effect evaluation of enterprises,and analyses the root causes of these problems,and puts forward corresponding improvement suggestions.In view of the problems existing in the evaluation of employees' training effect,this thesis combines theory with practice to consult a large number of documents,and has made a systematic study on the relevant literature of training effect evaluation theory and evaluation model.It has selected the kirsch four-level evaluation model and CIPP evaluation model as the research samples,and constructed the three-level training effect of X automobile company's employees.The section evaluation index system adjusts and perfects the selected indexes through the consultation of experts' opinions.Finally,a training effect evaluation index system including 3 first level evaluation indexes,10 second level evaluation indexes and 25 third level evaluation indexes is formed.On this basis,the weight of each index is calculated by AHP method,and the specific evaluation method,evaluation object and evaluation time are put forward for each index.In practice,the fuzzy comprehensive analysis method is used to calculate the evaluation results,and the qualitative analysis in the original evaluation process of the company is transformed into intuitive quantitative analysis.Finally,from the organization,system,technology three levels of security measures.
