Research On The Safety Management Of The Construction Project Of A State-owned Electric Power Company

Power grid project construction cycle is long,complex construction organization,contractors is numerous,and large lifting,tall scaffolding,deep foundation pit and other high-risk operation frequently,the overall safety management situation is not optimistic,many continuous falling high,objects hit casualties,the construction site violation rate is high,fully exposed the power grid construction project safety management there still exist many weak links.In order to minimize the harm caused by accidents,events,under the new situation,to achieve new breakthroughs in safety management,must keep pace with The Times,establish the current safety management status working mechanism,improve the safety production measures,strengthen dynamic management,strive to be in the whole society to create "safety,care for life" strong safety atmosphere,efforts to improve the safety efficiency and safety production management level,relying on a more scientific and reasonable management technology and measures,realize the people-oriented safety management new situation.On the basis of fully studying the project safety management theory,this paper analyzes the theory of the project safety management in depth,and analyzes the safety management methods and measures of the engineering project by using the LEC safety risk evaluation method and that of entrusting a third party unit.This paper takes the construction project of a state-owned electric power company as an example,analyzes the safety management status quo and existing problems of the project,and puts forward the importance and necessity of strengthening its safety management work.On the basis of full analysis of the above data,standing in the project safety management in advance control,control,afterwards control from three angles,the engineering safety management measures for the detailed analysis and elaboration,covers the safety culture construction,risk control system construction,safety supervision system construction,emergency guarantee system construction,a total of four aspects.This paper strives to introduce the project safety management theory into the power engineering project,to provide reference for the power construction enterprises and relevant departments,and build a scientific,practical and complete safety management system.
