Research On The Layout Mode Of University Living Service Facilities In Guangzhou

A university is a community.Whether various activities in the community can be carried out healthily depends on the support of service facilities in the campus.The service facilities system with good layout and complete content can ensure the healthy and good operation of the campus.Conversely,the service facilities with unreasonable layout or incomplete content are difficult to meet the daily needs of teachers and students working and living in the campus,which makes us feel that there is a gap in the campus.This paper investigates and studies the living service facilities in 32 campuses of 24 universities in the main urban area of Guangzhou,summing up the form types and layout patterns of university living service facilities.Analyzing the characteristics of different layout patterns and the factors influencing the selection of layout patterns,the methods of selecting the layout patterns and forms of university living service facilities are proposed.First of all,this paper summarizes the research progress of university living service facilities at home and abroad.The similarities and differences between urban and university living service facilities are compared and analyzed.And the formation change and characteristics of different development stages of university living service facilities are discussed.Secondly,according to the distribution characteristics of life service facilities in32 campuses,five layout forms and two layout modes of living service facilities in universities are summarized.Then combining with the actual cases,the paper analyzes the characteristics of different types of layout patterns of living service facilities.In order to grasp the layout law of university living service facilities more accurately,the paper further studies the layout mode of three main types of university living service facilities in the actual investigation,including the gathering and scattering characteristics and location distribution of catering facilities,shopping facilities and service facilities.Third,comparing the use experience,use frequency and the way of life service facilities configuration of various single layout forms,the advantages and disadvantages of various forms are analyzed.On this basis,the characteristics of the single layout mode and the compound layout mode are compared from two aspects:the format and the coverage of services.Finally,the paper analyzes the factors that affect the selection of the layout modeof university living service facilities,and puts forward the method of selecting the layout mode and form of university living service facilities.
