| The findings of the 7th National Census indicate that China has entered a "high aging society".How to construct community endowment service facilities suitable for our national conditions and promote the efficient use of community endowment service facilities has become a pressing problem for urban development.This paper takes the differences in the residential attributes and population attributes of the elderly as the starting point to analyse the differentiated needs for community-based elderly care services in Laoshan District,Qingdao,and thus conducts a study on the layout and allocation mode of its community-based elderly care service facilities.The details are as follows:Firstly,the relevant literature was sorted out,current research trends and gaps in this field were studied,and the research theme of this paper was clearly defined as the layout and allocation model of community elderly care facilities.,and the concept of community home care service,community home care service facility system and community living circle is defined.In addition,relevant theories,domestic and foreign research results,relevant norms and cases are summarized.Secondly,the distribution of elderly care community facilities based on GIS platform is investigated.Based on the present situation of the elderly population and Community Aged Care Facilities in Laoshan District,Qingdao,a GIS space database of the basic situation of the elderly population and home care service facilities in the community was established.A two-step moving research method was used to conduct a GIS feature analysis based on the scale of supply and demand for community aged care facilities,and to assess the current state of accessibility of community aged care facilities in an effort to improve the distribution of community aged care facilities.Thirdly,based on the group attribute,the differentiation of community home care needs is studied.This paper constructs a hierarchical index of community-based home care needs of the elderly,which draws on Maslow’s theory of hierarchy of levels of needs,ERG theory,and 3M needs.The allocation content of use demand is divided into3 elements and 11 indicators: basic demand of life care(canteen for the elderly,assisted bath for the elderly,night care,day care),demand of health security service(medical care,rehabilitation nursing,spiritual comfort),and demand of cultural and entertainment promotion(artistic activities,sports activities,chess and card entertainment,university for the elderly).Questionnaires were administered to the elderly in Laoshan District,Qingdao City within the study area based on the hierarchical indicators of the demand for community home care services.Using ANOVA and logistic regression analysis,differences in need for community-based home care services and the factors influencing them were identified in terms of differences in settlement attributes and elderly group attributes.The study found significant differences in the demand for and factors influencing community aged care services in commercial housing,flatted housing and residential demolition and resettlement at different house prices.Income level,self-care ability and education level affected community care service demands.Finally,based on a survey of the orientation of local aged care facilities in Laoshan District,Qingdao,the variability of community needs for ageing in place,the current regulations and standards for community-based elderly care provision and advanced urban examples.Refinement of Qingdao Laoshan District Community Aged-in-Place Service Facility System based on living circle-three levels and two categories(street-level community aged-in-place service centre,ten-minute living circle community aged-in-place service station,five-minute living circle community aged-in-place service station),the spatial layout optimization strategy of Laoshan District,Qingdao City,is suggested.This paper summarizes five models of building community-based elderly care facilities in Laoshan District,including mixed community living circle,commercial housing-dismantled house community living circle,commercial housing-unit house community living circle,low housing price community living circle and high housing price community living circle.Taking the Damai Island living circle in Laoshan District,Qingdao as an example,the layout,building functions and building scale of its community-based elderly care service facilities are suggested. |
