In recent years, the urbanization level and social construction of population of Chinese cities have changed a lot.The living standards of inhabitants increase constantly, which brings about changes of consuming concepts and living needs of residents."The major social contradictions in our country have been transformed into contradictions between the growing good life needs of our people and the unbalanced and inadequate development of our people," the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China said.People start to purse the Eco-friendly environment and the high-quality service of community.Public service facilities in urban community,as an important element of the community environment, have assumed an increasingly important role in daily life of residents. However, the traditional neighborhood planning and administrative boundaries place restrictions on differential service of community. As a result, public service facilities in some urban areas have some problems like inadequate facilities, losses of energy, etc.Based on People's Daily activities, the life circle theory reconstructs the urban community space, providing a new perspective for the study on the allocation of urban community public service facilities.Traditional life circle research requires a great deal of field investigation, data acquisition difficulty is higher,in the new data environment, open data access is diversiform, and the big data analysis method provides convenience to the research of life circle.Based on it,to solve the problems of public serving facilities in urban community, this article, using the life circle rebuilding the physical space of community, summarizes the layout mode of public serving facilities of urban community in theory of life circle, and raises the ways of optimizing the public serving facilities in urban community. Also taking the case of SND,Suzhou,it provides a certain reference for the layout optimization of urban community public service facilities.First of all,it rebuilds the space structure pattern of life circle system.Starting with the activity space of life, this article analyses the features of community space and inhabitants' daily activity behaviors.According to the limiting factors of residential activities,it reinterprets the community space. Then it explores ways to reconstruct the community space as a basis for dividing the life circle of community. At last,it constructs the space structural mode of life circle system.Secondly,it studies the methods of optimizing urban community public serving facilities layout in life circle theory. This article selects the research object based on three types of residential areas. This paper analyzes the characteristics and problems of the community facilities layout of the research object from the perspective of behavior and space through questionnaire survey and spatial analysis methods. It combines the spatial patterns of residents' living activities to divide the research object's life circle model. This paper proposes strategies for optimization of public service facilities in typical urban residential areas based on different patterns of living and combining the characteristics of different areas. In the next place,it brings forward methods of optimizing urban community public serving facilities layout of typical-case settlement by use of theology of life circle.Based on old settlements, policy settlements, and commercial residential buildings, this article, combining the regulations of residential living activity space, analyzing the features and existing problems of community facility layout from “behavior to space”,and hence presents strategies of optimizing urban typical community public serving facilities by features of differential needs. Finally, this article puts forward the shortage, limitations, and future directions of the study.
