Research On The Content Of Distribution And Spatial Layout Of Public Service Facilities Of Jiangbei District In Chongqing

Great changes have taken place in the community under the background of social transition,and so as community construction.But community planning is lagging behind the development of community obviously: The space layout of existing community public service facilities cannot bear the community function better;The allocation content of public service facilities cannot meet people's growing material and cultural needs.At present,there is more research about allocation content and space layout of community public service facilities.But the academic achievements about allocation content of facilities from the perspective of people demand is relatively lack and systematic.there is almost no theory and method research about centralized layout.So in this paper,there will be a good understanding of community management requirement and residents' demand of jiangbei district and do research into the allocation content and space layout of community public service facilities.This paper has presented the allocation content of community public service facilities,including the projects of facilities and the scale of facilities.this paper makes a comprehensive analysis on the community development,community management model and present situation of planning of Chongqing and Jiangbei district through extensive literature survey and field investigations;the overall satisfaction,community people's demand and the different requirements in the crowd structure are analyzed through the way of questionnaire to define the allocation content;Put forward the formulation principle and determine the scale of facility through the comparison between national standard and local standard.Draw lessons from the domestic typical city community centre and purpose the community public service facility centralized distribution model and implementation countermeasures in view of the jiangbei district.Use frequency and walk duration of community residents are analyzed by the way of questionnaire so as to deduce the life circle layers of community public service facilities;The behavior of “multitask travel” is analyzed through the form of questionnaire survey so as to obtain the concentration degree sequence;Facility correlation is analyzed from the aspect of facility function and classify the facilities from the aspect of facility feature;Synthesizes the above analysis,community concentration hierarchical graph and centralized layout mode are deduced.Put forward three kinds of space combination types for the community center of centralized layout model;And from the perspective of planning implementation,the community is divided into unbuilt community,new communit y and old community;For the three community types,implementation countermeasures of community public service facilities concentrated layout is put forward.Based on the community changes under the background of social transformation,this paper intend to take chongqing jiangbei district as the scope of research.Rediscover the the configuration content of community public service facilities in Jiangbei district from the angle of the crowd demand.And then explore a new space layout form of community public service facilities.The research results can be used as reference for community construction and community update in Jiangbei district.At the same time,it also has a certain reference value for the large and medium-sized cities similar to the development situation of jiangbei community in our country by using this theory and method.But as the levels of economic and social development of the city varies,each city should adjust measures to local conditions and improve the community construction in the framework of sustainable development.
