Research On Construction Projects Risk Management In Foreign Company Under Subcontracting Mode

In recent years,more and more foreign engineering companies entered China to undertake projects and open up the market.For cost considerations,many foreign engineering companies did not set up their own factories but subcontracted the fabrication to Chinese private enterprise.This approach undoubtedly brings about difficulties and challenges to project control and risk management.In this paper,an APLNG fabrication project is selected as the research object,and the risk management of engineering construction project in foreign companies under subcontracting mode is discussed and studied after consulting a large number of related literatures at home and abroad.In the process of project execution,the risk management theory and method are used to identify,analyze and study the potential risk factors of the project,and discuss the method of project risk management according to the actual situation.In this paper detailed project risk management strategies and plans are developed to ensure the successful completion of the project,in addition,a set of engineering construction project risk management system are formed which could probably provide reference for future similar construction projects.Based on the study of APLNG project,this paper summarized the characteristics of risk in construction projects of foreign company under subcontracting mode,and validated the practicability and operability of AHP in the risk management of construction project.Hopefully this paper could provide some reference or guidance to risk management of similar construction projects in foreign company under subcontracting mode.
