With more and more focus on vulnerable groups,development of special education and popularization of compulsory education for children with disabilities.Special education becomes an effective way of social civilization and progress.Children with disabilities have equal access to education.In order to have the better integration with the rapid development of society and the better participate in social activities,they must allow access to education like normal person,learning knowledge and basic skills.Special education school is the main form of compulsory education for children with disabilities.The quality of special education school building space has an important impact on the special education teaching quality and the teaching outcome.Teaching building space is the space of having basic communication between teachers and studentsand,which also is the place of teaching activities among students.The design of teaching space should provide a rich,high-quality educational environment for children with disabilities to enhance their learning,motivation and perception of life,influencing their hearts,rehabilitating their personality,in order to achieve the results for educating people by the special education school building space.Having attention to psychological and physiological needs of children with disabilities in special education school buildings,researching some design examples and documentations of special education school buildings,in order to study the way to special education school building space design.Hope to supplement theoretical study aspects of special education school buildings.
