As an important carrier to promote the technological revolution and high-quality development,the high-tech industry has gradually become one of the most important pillar industries.With the development of high-tech industry,the environmental benefits and development differences involved in the development process are gradually becoming prominent.Therefore,this research takes the green innovation efficiency of the high-tech industry as a breakthrough point,deeply analyzes the spatial and temporal differences of the green innovation efficiency of the high-tech industry,and further explores the factors that affect the green innovation efficiency of the high-tech industry,so as to provide a reference for the green innovation development of the high-tech industry.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Measuring the green innovation efficiency of China’s high-tech industry:Based on the 2009-2018 high-tech industry panel data of 30 provinces(cities,districts)in China,from the perspectives of region,and province,the Super-SBM model that considers undesired output is used measured the green innovation efficiency of the high-tech industry and compare it with the measurement result that does not consider undesired output.The results show that,compared with the measurement result that does not consider the undesired output,the green innovation efficiency measured by the undesired output is lower,and the national average efficiency has not reached the effective state.The top four green innovation efficiency averages of high-tech industry among the eight comprehensive economic zones come from the "coastal areas and the middle reaches of the Yangtze River".The last five provinces in the province are mainly from the northwest region.(2)Exploring the spatial and temporal differences in green innovation efficiency of China’s high-tech industry: Using GML index methods and exploratory spatial data analysis methods to analyze the spatial and temporal differences in green innovation efficiency of high-tech industry.The results show that: From the perspective of time series evolution,the GML value of the national high-tech industry fluctuates and rises in time series,and the main driving force for the improvement of green innovation efficiency of high-tech industry is the progress of green innovation technology.Qinghai,Hainan and Xinjiang the bottom three in the provincial GML value,and the GML value is significantly lower than the national level.In terms of spatial differences,the green innovation efficiency of high-tech industry shows agglomeration spatially,and H-H agglomeration and L-L agglomeration space clubs have obvious convergence characteristics.The proportion of the high-tech industry’s green innovation efficiency value in the first and second gradient provinces has been shrinking,and the proportion of the third and fourth gradient provinces has been rising,showing a progressive upward trend.The "T"-shaped green innovation pattern in the coastal areas along the river has basically taken shape.(3)Analyzing the influencing factors of the green innovation efficiency of China’s high-tech industry and their spatial spillover effects: The influence factors of green innovation efficiency in high-tech industry are studied by using the time-space dual fixed space Durbin model.The direct effect,indirect effect and total effect are deduced according to the estimation coefficient,and the spatial spillover effect is analyzed for each influencing factor.The results show that there is spillover effect on the efficiency of green innovation in high-tech industry.R&D investment intensity,industrial scale,labor quality,environmental regulations and government support have a significant role in promoting green innovation efficiency in high-tech industry,and market competition has a significant inhibitory effect.From the perspective of the spatial spillover effects of influencing factors,the scale of the industry has shown a significant negative spatial spillover effect on the green innovation efficiency of high-tech industry,and market competition has shown a significant positive spatial spillover effect.Combined with the direct effect test results of influencing factors,industrial scale and market competition have shown a significant "double-edged sword" impact on the green innovation efficiency of high-tech industry.
