Under the international economic development environment with increasingly tight climate and environmental constraints, green innovation has gradually become the innovation path followed by all countries in the world in pursuit of sustainable development. As a knowledge-intensive industry,high-tech industry embodies a large number of innovative elements. In addition,it is also a resource-saving and environment-friendly green industry, and will become the main industrial support for the national and regional practice of green innovative development path. However, according to the survey,at present,China’s high-tech enterprises have mastered less than half of the key industrial technologies, the core technologies are controlled by others, and the innovation ability is insufficient, facing a "bottleneck" dilemma. At the same time, producer services in China are developing rapidly. And with the further deepening of economic transformation and upgrading,high-tech industries are increasingly demanding technical support from their related industries.High-tech industry and producer services are the two wheels of scientific and technological innovation development, and the two-wheel drive is conducive to enhancing the ability of green technology innovation in China, grasping the future core competitiveness, and avoiding falling into the trap of comparative advantage. This paper firstly analyzes the mechanism, nonlinear characteristics and spatial spillover effect of industrial co-agglomeration on green innovation from the theoretical level. Then,by measuring the co-agglomeration level and green innovation efficiency of high-tech industries and producer services in each region, and using the threshold model and spatial econometric model, the threshold characteristics and spatial correlation between them are empirically investigated on the basis of considering the heterogeneity of industries. The analysis found that:(1)The negative external effect of high-tech industrial agglomeration has been prominent, and the marginal effect on green innovation is decreasing, showing the problem of insufficient development momentum; The effect of producer services agglomeration on green innovation is u-shaped,and it is still in the initial stage of development. It presents the characteristics of increasing marginal utility and has great potential for future development. When the two gather together, they can effectively make up for the threshold defects in their respective development process by learning from each other and complementing each other’s advantages. Finally, they realize the spillover effect of "1+1>2" driving green innovation development;(2)There is a positive spatial correlation between industrial synergy and green innovation.Among them, the distribution of industrial co-agglomeration is stable, and there are few provinces with transition, while the change of green innovation is great, the transition is more, and the spatial differentiation is intensified. In addition, under different distance weight matrices, the spillover effects of industrial co-agglomeration on green innovation are all positive.Among them, industrial co-agglomeration plays a stronger role in promoting green innovation in 0-1 neighboring provinces than local provinces, while it plays a similar role in promoting green innovation in geographically distant neighboring provinces.(3)In terms of specific industries, the co-agglomeration of financial industry and high-tech industry can provide more financial support, greatly promote the development of green innovation, and have a more significant driving effect on neighboring areas; The information technology industry facilitates information exchange and dissemination, reduces the gap of regional endowment, and promotes the development of green innovation in local and neighboring areas with equal impact.Transportation industry is conducive to strengthening inter-regional connection and promoting factor flow,so the negative external effect of its co-agglomeration with high-tech industry becomes more prominent later, and the green innovation development of neighboring regions can benefit more from it.When the high-tech industry and rental producer services cluster together, the effect on local and neighboring green innovation is small, and the negative external effect has been prominent. Therefore, attention should be paid to control the scale of collaborative cluster. At the initial stage of collaborative agglomeration of producer services in scientific research and high-tech industries, due to high r&d input cost and insignificant innovation output,it has little effect on green innovation. However, when the agglomeration reaches a certain scale,it will generate a great impetus and boost green innovation.
