| The FCR(Food Chain Reactor)technology is one of the water treatment technology,which well combines the plant root and fiber-film for the Fixed-Bed Biofilm Activated Sludge technology.And since it makes full use of the fine bubble aeration,it saves more electric energy consumption.Combining with a project,the thesis is going to optimize the process of Electric designing,Instrument designing,PLC and HMI designing with ESIA methodology,which has achieved those progress.1.Regarding the control system desging problem with the Electric designing process,Instrument choosing process,PLC and HMI designing process,it researched the intergrating designing solution which simplified the complex internal audit process,improved the designing speed,and which also secured the good control for project quality,cost and progress.2.Regarding the stdandardizing for FCR controlling system design,it researched the solution based on the designing workload,it proposed solution for PLC designing and HMI designing,which improved the quality and progress control,also enhanced the satisfication of the end user,provide a guarantee for the whole project implementation.3.Regarding the organization and job responsibility issues,it researched the current shortage of human resource arrangement,it proposed to adjust the organization by adding liocal designing mananment role to enhance the localization management,which improved the responding speed toward to our customer,and improved the competence of the company. |
