| In the field of our country’s water pollution control,the construction of sewage treatment plants plays an important role in improving river water quality and marine ecological quality.Because of the restriction of the overall urban planning the construction period of HBH sewage plant project is short.The early stage formalities of HBH sewage plant project are tedious.Technological requirements of HBH sewage plant project are high.Moreover,compared with general municipal infrastructure construction projects,the difficulty of civil construction and equipment installation is not equal,and it has unique characteristics.There is a risk of uncontrollability in the process of project implementation,duing to the limitation of domestic construction technology.Using the method of schedule management optimization to intervene and study the project can bring the project schedule management into the right track and enter the safety zone on one hand.on the other hand,it is of great benefit to improve the schedule management level of the sewage treatment plant construction project.This paper summarizes the domestic and foreign research on project schedule management and control of sewage treatment plants,and the progress control of the reconstruction and expansion project of HBH sewage treatment plant is optimized due to the problem of the time schedule behind.Firstly,this paper introduces the project profile and clarifies the project objectives,the schedule lagging behind because of unreasonable schedule,untimely supply of key resources,uncertainty in design changes,and traditional project schedule monitoring problems in the overall plan and construction phase.Then based on these problems to carry out targeted research.Secondly,according to the design of the progress control system,the implementation of the schedule plan,the implementation of the responsibility system,the monitoring of the overall plan and the scientific construction process are analyze.And according to the data obtained from each link,using critical path and critical chain techniques to optimize the overall project,putting forward the optimization scheme and setting up buffer to monitor the optimization measures.Thirdly,evaluate the overall optimization scheme of the project,including the construction of evaluation index system and the establishment of AHP index weigh,The comprehensive evaluation result is completed on time,measuring the applicability of the optimized solution.Finally,the paper puts forward the safeguard measures for the improvement project as following: establish engineering meeting system,establish effective reward and punishment system,optimize the allocation of human resources,supplement auxiliary technical means,and comprehensive treatment scheme.Based on the above measures,its schedule management scheme can be implemented more scientifically. |
