Research On The Optimization Of Quality Management System Of Sewage Recycling Project

The urban wastewater recycling project is a municipal project closely related to people’s lives.It has the characteristics of complexity,systematicness,wide correlation,and multiple stakeholders.This leads to a high degree of complexity in the quality management process of the wastewater recycling project.In order to enable the construction of the wastewater recycling project to achieve the desired and desired results,in particular,the theories and methods related to the quality management of the wastewater recycling project should be applied.Taking the sewage treatment plant in the B district of city A as the background,the research on the quality management system of the sewage recycling project is carried out.First of all,the paper uses the literature analysis method to sort out and summarize the current status of the quality management of sewage recycling projects at home and abroad.It mainly introduces the definition of quality and quality management,the characteristics and influencing factors of the quality of the sewage recycling project,the characteristics of the quality management of the sewage recycling project,the three-stage control principle and the overall quality management.Secondly,taking the sewage recycling project of the sewage treatment plant in district B of city A as an example,the status and comprehensive evaluation of the quality management of the sewage recycling project are carried out.This excavates the quality management problems in the design stage,construction stage and completion acceptance stage.Finally,according to the problems excavated,closely combined with targeted optimization suggestions.According to the problems excavated,closely combined with targeted optimization suggestions,including the need to increase the designer’s experience in the design stage,rationally arrange the design time.The conclusion of the thesis can provide a reference for the quality management of similar engineering projects and has a certain significance for reference.Figure 11;Table 4;Reference 63...
