Research On Optimization Of Project Management System Of SD Company

Project management is a systematic management activity that effectively plans,organizes,controls and coordinates the whole process of project construction according to objective economic law.Enterprise project management system is a set of standardized project management control optimization system designed based on the needs of enterprise project management mode.With the development of project management,project management concepts such as project portfolio management and project collection management have emerged.SD is a state-owned large-scale energy company and it is the largest coal producer in China.The concept of project management has been deeply rooted in the engineering project management of the company,but there are still many inconsistencies in the project management process.Although the project management system has been basically formed through various systems and supplementary notices,due to frequent changes in the system and personnel,the concept of the management system has not been formed in the concept of the main managers.Through the construction and optimization of the existing project management system,the problems in the existing system can be repaired,the unreasonable process is perfected,and the concept of an integrated and independent project management system can be formed,which is very important to the realization of the SD project management target and the improvement of the management level of the project.This paper analyzes the current situation and problems of the project management of SD company through the methods of collecting data,comparative analysis and systematic analysis,and evaluates the current management system by using the project management tools.On this basis,it puts forward the optimization principles and plans for the construction of SD project management system.The construction and optimization of project management organization,plan,investment,quality,schedule and contract purchase management arecarried out respectively.The expected effect of the plan is predicted,and safeguards are made for the smooth implementation of the plan.Finally,the summary and prospect are carried out.With the improvement of project management level of SD company,we believe that with the efforts of all parties,the project management mode of SD company will be more optimized and efficient.
