The serious pollution of water environment is accompanied by the increased demand for water for the rapid development of modern industry and the continued growth of the population.Faced with the contradiction,the sewage treatment has become the focus of investment in capital construction in recent years in China.Research on wastewater treatment in China,especially in the field of automation and control equipment,is far behind the developed countries.so it is a great significance to study the optimal control of energy saving in the whole process of sewage treatment.The control upgrade project in urban domestic sewage treatment plant is regarded as the background.The sewage process characteristics and control requirements are clearly understood.The sewage treatment process optimization control system which combined with the intelligent control technology is designed and developed ? The sewage treatment plant processes and existed problems are studied.The process optimization control system,which can be divided into two layer intelligent control unit and data acquisition and monitoring and dispatching system according to the function,based on this design is designed.In unit control layer: The mathematical relationship between the pumping unit energy consumption and the change of the liquid level is established to improve the energy consumption of pumping station and the existing control methods of poor anti disturbance ability.The pumping unit's actual parameters and polling control mechanism are combined to seek the optimal control operation.And then,The least square support vector machine(SVM)to predict the total phosphorus in the oxidation ditch is adopted.The predictive value feedback to the fuzzy PID controller is used to adjust the set-value of the dissolved oxygen concentration.The data exchange between MATLAB and PLC are realized by OPC technology.The intelligent control of dissolved oxygen can be applied to the actual sewage treatment process.In monitoring and dispatching layer: design computer monitoring and dispatching system,atthe same time,based on analysis the correlation of the whole process of each process unit,propose the idea of build the optimization control strategy library to realized dispatching function,and using the scripting write programs.The whole system has been debugged in the sewage plant and put into production operation,it achieved the desired control goal,achieved good energy saving effect,and effectively improved the production management level of the factory.
