Study On Cooperative Governance In The Construction Of My Country’s Ecological Civilization In The New Era

The sustainable development of ecological environment is the foundation and guarantee of the sustainable development of human and society.With the continuous progress of China’s socialist modernization,the contradiction between China ’ s economic construction and the construction of ecological civilization still exists,and the construction of ecological civilization urgently needs to innovate the means of ecological governance,the ecological cooperative governance is the important means of ecological governance in China after entering the new era.After repeated appeals and calls for multi-subject ecological cooperative governance,China has initially formed a new pattern in which the government takes the lead,enterprises take the lead,social organizations and the public participate in ecological environmental governance together,however,there are still many problems in practice,the pattern of multi-subject ecological cooperative governance is not mature enough.It is for this reason that this paper is guided by Marxism Friedrich Engels’ s ecological thought,the CPC ’ s ecological civilization construction thought and XI ’ s ecological civilization thought,according to the current situation of cooperative governance in the construction of ecological civilization in China,we should stick to the method of combining theory with practice.First of all,this paper probes into the present situation of cooperative governance in the construction of ecological civilization in our country,and points out the difficulties of ecological cooperative governance,such as the main role of ecological cooperative governance is insufficient,the goal of the main body of ecological cooperative governance is in a dilemma,the related mechanism of ecological cooperative governance is not perfect,and the system guarantee of ecological cooperative governance is not perfect.Secondly,the causes of these difficulties are found out from the theoretical point of view: the contradiction of interests among the multi-subjects,the lag of the cooperation among the multi-subjects,and the unsound eco-environmental legislation system.Finally,under the guidance of Marxism Friedrich Engels’ s ecological thought,the CPC’s ecological civilization construction thought and Xi Jinping ’ s ecological civilization thought,concrete problems are analyzed,to explore the way to realize the coordinated governance in the construction of ecological civilization in China,firstly,to strengthen the overall coordination of the party organization,secondly,to establish the concept of ecological coordinated governance of green development,thirdly,to perfect the mechanism of ecological coordinated governance;Fourth,perfect the system safeguard of the ecology coordinated management.
