Study On The Evolution Of The Multi-Dimensional Relationship And Coordinated Development Evaluation Of " Ecology-Economy-Society" In Coal Resource-based Cities

The sustainable development of coal resource-based cities is facing with problems such as declining environmental quality,single economic structure,and increasing social contradictions.With the continuous extraction of underground coal resources,serious damage to the surface and buildings,and deep-seated social conflicts have intensified.It severely damaged the ecological balance of the mining area and the human living environment.Therefore,the research on the multi-dimensional relationship and coordinated development of "ecologyeconomy-society" has important theoretical significance for the sustainable development of coal resource-based cities.This paper takes Ordos City as an example to construct an evaluation index system for the coordinated development of "ecology-economy-society".The AHP-entropy comprehensive weighting method was used to make a comprehensive evaluation of the ecological,economic,and social development status of Ordos City from 2004 to 2018,and obtain the comprehensive evaluation index of the ecology,economy and society subsystems of Ordos City.Then,comprehensively use the coupling coordination degree model and the GM(1,1)prediction model to evaluate and predict the level of ecological,economic and social coordinated development in Ordos City.Finally,based on the method of the boom early warning signal system,the operation status of the ecology-economy-society system of Ordos City was warned,and the comprehensive early warning index of Ordos City from 2004 to 2018 was obtained.Research shows:(1)The evaluation index of the economic subsystem of Ordos City shows a rapid growth trend.The ecological and social subsystems have a relatively large lag compared with the economic subsystem,and the evaluation index of the ecological subsystem shows a fluctuating downward trend.Economic growth provides impetus for the development of ecological and social subsystems in Ordos City.The social subsystem relies on the continuous development of the economic subsystem’s coal production,fiscal revenue,and it also provides a stable social order and guarantee for the economic subsystem.The ecological subsystem provides a variety of natural and mineral resources and development space for the economic and social system,and will be bitten into the economic and social subsystem after the ecological environment is destroyed.(2)The ecology-economy,economy-society,and society-ecology two-dimensional systems of Ordos City are mainly coupled with a high level of coupling,and the degree of coupling coordination is changing from a disordered decline to a transitional development,specifically from medium and slight imbalance to near imbalance stage,but the overall level of coordinated development is low.At present,the society-ecology two dimensional system is in the stage of mild disorder,and the other multi-dimensional systems have entered the stage of near maladjustment.(3)The ecology-economy-society three-dimensional system coupling coordination type of Ordos City has changed from disordered decline to transitional development,and it is currently in the marginal dysregulation zone.It is predicted that the composite system can enter the barely coordinated development in 2022,and enter the primary coordinated development stage in 2028.With the development of the economic and social subsystems of Ordos City,the ecological subsystem cannot sustainably provide reorganized resources and environmental support for economic and social development,resulting in the inability to keep pace with the other two subsystems.The environmental status and pollution control of the ecological subsystem will have a significant impact on the development of the overall system.Therefore,in the later development process,more attention should be paid to the progress and development of the ecological subsystem.(4)The ecology-economy-society comprehensive early warning index of Ordos City is generally on an increasing trend,developing from an over-cooled climate to a relatively coldclimate zone,and the warning signal lights change from a blue light to a light blue light.It indicates that the ecology-economy-society system is continuously moving towards a stable economic zone.The government still needs to take corresponding measures to stimulate the development of the system in the future.
