This paper focuses on the ecological security system of the coal resource-based cities,which Integrated use Ecological economics,urban ecology,urban ecosystem,ecological security theory and Related interdisciplinary knowledge,adopt Theoretical research and empirical analysis,Quantitative analysis and qualitative description of the combination of research methods,research and investigate the topic,which is on Ecological Security Early Warning and Regulation of Coal Resource City.The main research contents are as follows:First,Based on the domestic and foreign research on the resource-based cities,coal resource-based cities and ecological security,this paper reviews the current situation and existing problems of ecological security research in resource-based cities and coal-resource cities.Second,using a comprehensive analysis method to defined the Basic concepts and connotations of the Coal resource-based cities,ecosystems and urban ecosystems,ecological security and urban ecological security;analyzes the object and content of ecological economics theory,ecological security and early warning theory,urban ecology theory and urban ecological system theory research.Third,according to the complexity,dynamic and openness of coal resource city ecosystem and the Inside of the system which has the characteristics of mutual condition and mutual excitation of the directivity.Use the theory of Stress field,established coupled Interactive Evolution Model of "Three Fields" in Coal Resource-based Urban Ecosystem,on the hypothesis theory above,mechanical analyzed the Strength and interaction,which is about Element Coupling Force,Subsystem Coupling Force and External Coupling Force in Coal Resource City Ecological Field.Clarify the coupling mechanism of the Each subsystem and the elements of the mutual conditions,mutual excitement in the Coal resource-based urban ecosystem.Revealed the Four-stage Spiral up development Law,which is from low to high,from no coupling to low coupling,from moderate coupling to highly coupled,in the field of Coal resource-based urban ecosystem.Fourth,optimize the ecological security early warning index of coal resource city,establish the "Alternative library",which included the data of the Early Warning Index of Ecological Security of Coal Resource City,Integrate the PSR framework model with the NES model,from the PSR ecological subsystem and NES ecological elements of two perspectives,establish the PSR-NES Ecological Security Early Warning Index System with Characteristics of Coal Resource Cities.Fifth,Based on the discussion of the original data processing method,the selection criteria of the early warning index and the classification of the police intelligence level,the gray DGM(1,1)prediction model,the RBF neural network model and the gray neural network(DGM-RBF)dynamic combination Early warning model,put forward the basic process of early warning research and the expression of early warning results.Sixth,use the gray prediction model,the RBN neural network model,the gray neural network dynamic combination early warning model and the Matlab2014 b software,to analysis the Ecological security evolution trend of Jiaozuo in the years 2016~2021.Seventh,use the method of situational simulation and case analysis,based on the results of Ecological security warning in Jiaozuo in the years 2016~2021,designed three control and simulation schemes of "subsystem control","key factor regulation" and "target simulation control",focused on the city’s ecological security control simulation in Jiaozuo.At the end part of the Paper,combined with the actual Ecological construction situation in Jiaozuo,make some specific suggestions and Control measures from the Six aspects,such as Nature,economy and society.
