A Study On The Coordinated Development Of Economy-Society-Environment In Gansu Province

Gansu province belongs to the western underdeveloped provinces,regional development coordination,the extensive mode of growth factors,poor natural conditions,weak ecological,prominent environmental issues and other factors have different levels of threat and limit the coordinated development of Economy-Society-Environment in Gansu province.Under this background,this paper studies the coordinated development of Economy-Society-Environment in Gansu province.On the basis of the coordinated development of related theory,combined with the current development situation of Economy-Society-Environment in Gansu province,construct the evaluation index system of coordinated development of Economy-Society-Environment in Gansu province,using the relevant statistical data of 2005-2015 years,use entropy method and variation coefficient method to grade the comprehensive development level of Economy-Society-Environment of 12 prefecture level cities in Gansu province of an empirical analysis,and then apply the coupling coordination degree model in comprehensive evaluation of Economy-Society-Environment coordinated development degree,and use GM(1,1)model to predict the future status of the coordinated development of cities for two years.The following conclusions are drawn:First,the current situation of economic development in Gansu province: economic growth is slowing,the development of regional economy is unbalanced,lanzhou is thriving,but dingxi and longnan remain in bottom place.The current situation of the development of society: total population at Year-end remain basically stable,the labour force of jiayuguan and jinchang are mainly distributed in the industry,other city workers are mainly distributed in the third industry.The income difference between urban and rural areas of cities in Gansu province is gradually expanding,living standards and medical and health levels are improving.The current situation of environmental development: the degree of environmental pollution of most cities in Gansu province is aggravating.The level of environmental governance of lanzhou is best,however,the worst in longnan.Gansu has increased its efforts to protect the environment.Jiayuguan's environmental protection work is best,the worst in longnan.Second,2005-2015,the comprehensive development level of Economy-Society-Environment of lanzhou is the highest,the lowest in longnan.The comprehensive development level of Economy-Society-Environment of each city in Gansu province is basically unchanged.2005-2015,lanzhou is basically in a state of intermediate coordinated development,dingxi has been in a state of severe maladjustment.Third,2016-2017,lanzhou,jinchang and jiuquan are in the preliminary coordinated development state,jiayuguan,baiyin,wuwei and qingyang are in a state of general uncoordinated development,tianshui and pingliang are in a state of moderate maladjustment,zhangye,dingxi and longnan are in a state of severe maladjustment.According to the empirical analysis on coordinated development level of Economy-Society-Environment in Gansu province,we can put forward the proposals to achieve coordinated development in Gansu province: jiayuguan needs to reduce environmental pollution while strengthening environmental governance;qingyang needs to narrow the income gap between urban and rural areas and further promote employment;baiyin,wuwei,tianshui,pingliang,zhangye,dingxi and longnan need to promote the adjustment of industry structure.
