Under the background of social transition and ecological civilization construction,coal resource-based cities are faced with a complex and comprehensive transformation of social contradictions.Due to the special and complex geographical environment,the transformation of its economic development is more difficult than other resource-based regions.The series of social,ecological and economic contradictions caused by the change of geomorphological environment also exceeds the problems caused by the unreasonable development of resources in the general sense.At present,most of the research on coal resource-based cities is centered on a single subsystem of economy,society and ecology.It lacks the macroscopic perspective of the coordinated development of multidimensional relationships among the three to study the sustainable development of coal resource-based cities.There are few studies on the sustainable development of coal resource-based cities from the macroscopic perspective of the coordinated development of multidimensional relationships among the three.Taking Huainan city as an example,this paper constructs an"economic-social-ecological" multi-dimensional relationship index system,based on panel data from 2002 to 2016,using correlation models such as coupled coordinated development,gray correlation and GM(1,1)prediction,the development level of each subsystem,the interaction between two-dimensional systems and the coordination of multi-dimensional systems are analyzed to explore the evolutionary trend of coordinated development of coal resource-based cities.Research shows that:(1)The development speeds of the three sub-systems of ecological,economic and social in Huainan city are economic,social and ecological subsystems,but the ecological subsystem has the largest weight.The ecological subsystems have the highest level of initial development,and the later environmental impacts lead to the lowest level of development.And the fluctuation of the development level of the ecological subsystem has a significant impact on the comprehensive development.(2)In the "ecological-economy" two-dimensional system,in addition to the total amount of industrial wastewater discharge,industrial waste gas emissions and industrial solid waste production have shown a downward trend with the development of the economy,in the later development process,more attention should be paid to controlling the control of total industrial wastewater discharge.In the"ecological-social”two-dimensional system,population density has the greatest impact on the consumption of ecological resources and pollutant emissions,in the process of social development,the impact on the consumption of ecological resources is greater than the impact on pollutant emissions.In the "economic-social"two-dimensional system,with the development of the economic level,the indicators of the social subsystem as a whole have shown an increasing trend,and the degree of economic development can significantly affect the quality of life of the people.(3)The overall development of the "ecological-economic”two-dimensional system has a good trend of development,overall,the degree of coupling is in an interactive and coordinated development stage.The development level of the ecological subsystem cannot be matched with the economic subsystem;it is predicted that the two-dimensional system can enter the primary coordinated development category in 2021.(4)The overall development of the "ecological-social"two-dimensional system is developing well.During the development of the two,the internal resources of the ecological subsystem are gradually consumed and evolve into ecological lag development,which leads to the coupling degree index away from the optimal development point in 2016;it is predicted that in 2021,it will not be able to enter the primary coordinated development category,and the development is slow.(5)The overall development of the "ecological-economic" two-dimensional system is developing well.In the later period,the relatively backward development level of the social subsystem is not enough to match the economic subsystem of relatively high level development.It is predicted that the two-dimensional system will enter the intermediate-level coordinated development category in 2020,and the development trend is good.(6)The "ecological-economic-society" is generally developing in the same direction and has a good development trend.It is predicted that the three-dimensional system can enter the primary coordinated development in 2021.In order to promote the stable evolution of the level of coordinated development,while ensuring the level of economic development,it is necessary to pay attention to improve the development level of ecological subsystems and control the discharge of pollutants;secondly,while paying attention to the development of social subsystems,it is necessary to control the impact on the consumption of ecological resources in the process of social development.
