| With the rapid economic development in rural areas,the requirements for clean living in rural areas are also increasing.With the large amount of rural garbage generation,air pollution is more complex,and finally leads to the serious damage to the rural living environment,rural household garbage management,toilet renovation,stove renovation and other problems tend to be serious.In the context of the current rural revitalization strategy and the implementation of the three-year improvement of the living environment,among them,garbage sorting,toilet "revolution" and stove improvement in the clean life of farmers have become the key links to improve the clean life of rural areas,and also become the focus of promoting the ecological and livable beautiful countryside.Therefore,to improve farmers’ awareness of the subject of clean life and build a new model of clean life,it is necessary to increase rural clean life infrastructure and clean lifestyle subsidies,ensure the adoption of clean lifestyle by farmers,and popularize clean lifestyle in rural areas.Based on the prominent problems of rural living environment governance,this study takes 423 farmers in Sui County in the process of adopting clean lifestyle as the research object.Found at present is still in the process of rural farmers clean life clean the body of the lifestyle of recognition,not enough clean lifestyle and the adoption of insufficient understanding,adopting clean facilities supply,adopting clean way of formal serious fact,in the process of the board has severely restricted the rural revitalization and the rural residential environment construction.It can be seen from the analysis that the reasons include not only the macro factors of the government’s insufficient publicity and lax supervision,but also the congenital deficiency of the government’s less subsidies,the low awareness of the clean life of farmers and the backward governance technology of the clean life.This paper mainly conducts empirical research on the clean life of farmers from two aspects: on the one hand,it studies the adoption behavior of farmers on clean life;on the other hand,it studies the adoption degree of farmers on clean life.The empirical analysis is carried out,and the conclusion is drawn by combining the case analysis of the clean life situation in Dongliu Village: To achieve clean life,farmers need to intensify publicity and education,the government to improve the rural infrastructure,increase subsidies to farmers to adopt clean lifestyle,also need to strengthen the legal system construction of rural domestic governance and management rules and regulations,perfecting rural clean life also need to actively build the rural living garbage classification management,a new model of reconstruction of the toilet,kitchen stove.Finally,it will promote the green transformation of rural life and realize the clean life in rural areas. |
