Research On The Countermeasures For Rural Living Environment Improvement In Lukou District Of Zhuzhou City Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization

To carry out the renovation of rural living environment and build a beautiful countryside is a crucial part of implementing the strategy of rural revitalization,which is related to the development strategy of building a moderately prosperous society in an comprehensive way and the fundamental well-being of the masses.In recent years,all localities have taken the continuous improvement of rural human settlements as the key point of the new rural construction.They have continuously strengthened the infrastructure construction in rural areas and realized the equalization of basic public services in urban and rural areas.The improvement of rural human settlements has achieved remarkable results.However,the development of rural human settlements in China is very unbalanced,and the problem of dirty and disorderly conditions is still prominent in some areas.There still exits a big gap between the requirements of building a well-off society in a comprehensive way and the expectations of the peasant masses,which is still a prominent shortcoming of economic and social development.Therefore,in order to speed up the improvement of the rural residential environment and further enhance the level of human settlements in the rural areas,general secretary Jin Ping made important instructions on Zhejiang experience and pointed out the direction and clear objectives for specific work.The renovation of human settlements environment is the continuation and promotion of beautiful rural construction,which is self-contained with beautiful rural construction.In recent years,various regions have explored suitable models of beautiful rural construction according to specific conditions and achieved remarkable achievements.This paper takes the improvement of rural human settlements environment in Lukou District of Zhuzhou City as the research object.From the perspective of rural revitalization,we will analyze the existing problems and causes in Lukou District,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to promote the improvement of rural human settlements environment in Lukou District in the new era.Firstly,this paper summarizes the research trends of rural human settlements improvement at home and abroad and puts forward the research ideas,methods and contents of this paper.Secondly,this paper defines the concepts of rural revitalization,beautiful countryside and rural human settlements improvement,and elaborates the relevant theories to provide theoretical support for the research of this paper.Thirdly,this paper introduces the basic situation of Lukou District as well as major practices and characteristics of rural human settlements environmental renovation in Lukou District.Fourth,This paper analyzes the problem of rural human settlements improvement in Lukou District.By combing the current situation of Rural Living Environment Improvement in Lukou District,it is concluded that the organization system of Rural Living Environment Improvement in Lukou District is not systematic enough,and the degree of emphasis is inconsistent,and the characteristics are not comprehensive.The governance standards are not specific enough,and there are still room for improvement in terms of diversity of participation.Fifthly,this paper studies the experience of advanced areas of rural human settlements environment renovation in China,and provides experience for reference in the new era of rural human settlements environment renovation in Lukou District.Finally,This paper proposes countermeasures from five aspects:Doing a good job in remediation of rural environmental pollution,improving the appearance of villages,promoting the upgrading of rural infrastructure,cultivating characteristic villages and towns,and exploring the evaluation standard of rural civilization.
