Research On The Countermeasures Of Rural Human Settlement Environment In Zhenyuan County Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization Strategy

The countryside is the fundamental support for human survival and the foundation of our party's governing construction.The governance of the rural human settlements is an important part of rural grassroots governance.Under the guidance of the construction of beautiful and livable villages,the implementation of actions to improve the rural human settlements environment and comprehensive improvement of the quality of the rural human settlements are an important basis for rural people 's sense of happiness and good harvests.The fundamental way for rural society to progress and develop in harmony with one another.At present,despite the long-standing appeal to improve the living environment in rural areas,the results are still unsatisfactory and development is still uneven.In some places,the destruction of the human living environment is particularly serious,which is reflected in the lack of infrastructure construction,poor road traffic,low penetration of sanitary toilets,and unsafe drinking water in various rural areas.Some areas are not even connected to hydropower and live primitive lives.Compared with the living environment of urban residents,there is still a huge contrast.To solve the main problems of people's settlements and the goal of building beautiful ecological livable villages,in early 2018,the SC of the Communist Party of China and the General Office of the SC issued the "Three-year Action Plan for the Improvement of the Rural Human Settlement Environment".The top-level design of the guiding ideology of the rural human settlements,and also a guide to action for managing the rural human settlements.On this basis,various provinces and cities in China have also proposed action plans based on the region's need to meet the needs of the provincial and city development.At the end of 2018,18 departments,including the Central Agriculture Office and the PRC,jointly issued the "Village Clean Action Plan for Improving the Rural Human Settlement Environment",which promoted the improvement of the rural human settlement environment.However,with the progress of the improvement of the rural human settlement environment in China,some new problems have emerged,such as the uneven development of the rural human settlement environment management zone,insufficient funding support,and failure to play the role of farmers.Therefore,this paper is based on the theory of rural governance and sustainable development,combined with literature research,questionnaire research and other methods.The research object is the rural living environment of Zhenyuan County,Gansu Province.The analysis,combined with the experience of rural human settlements environmental governance in other areas of China,proposes a more feasible choice path for rural human settlements environmental governance in China.
