The Research On Project Group Plan Collaborative Improvement Scheme Of S Water Company

S Water Company mainly engages in municipal sewage treatment,sludge disposal,reclaimed water reuse,water environment treatment,construction,design,etc.It operates projects in PPP,BOT,TOT and other modes.The customers it serves are mainly the government,and the return on investment is mainly compensated in the form of water charges collected during the operation period.With the development of project management research and management,more and more studies show that the integrated management of multiple projects can create more value than the single management,and the single management can no longer meet the development status quo.The project group of this paper takes the bidding project group composed of six bidding projects under the platform company as the research subject.In this paper,the implementation status of the platform company’s project group plan collaboration scheme was investigated,and the existing problems in the process of advancing the plan were analyzed.Through in-depth analysis of the causes,one-to-one corresponding solutions were obtained.China railway company introduction in the research process to implement a successful "five line analysis" to classify the entire project phase of work,around the PDCA management idea for studying the process plan,introduced the WBS plan,based on the theory of project priorities collaborative project resources,management plan,project group than the other firms,optimize the gantt chart to control program execution,combined with the PMO organizational idea solve the problem of project group of inter-departmental coordination,improve optimization evaluation mechanism to support project group effect assessment.This paper can provide theoretical research conclusions of project group management for the leadership of the platform company,the line department and the project company,and then localize in the actual process,improve the management level of the platform company,promote the strategy implementation of the platform company,improve efficiency,cultivate project management professionals,and also provide management results for the group company.
