| Since the eighteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the strategy of building a powerful marine country and developing the marine economy was proposed,China’s marine economy keep sustained growth,and the marine economy has become a powerful engine to promote the GDP of nation.Offshore petroleum engineering company is an important part of the marine industry chain,which shoulders the important mission of offshore petroleum constructions.The characteristic of the project dominant in offshore petroleum engineering company determines the need to study on the performance appraisal of its departments.The specific work about HG company performance appraisal system in this paper is as follows: summarize the experience and methods of performance appraisal management at home and abroad through survey;grasp the current situation of HG company performance appraisal through on-the-spot investigation and expert interviews;put forward the optimal design scheme of HG company performance appraisal system,and bring up 4 corresponding measures to strengthen the work about the performance appraisal of HG company,also enhance the enthusiasm of employees and provide performance guarantee for the development of HG company.As a traditional offshore petroleum engineering company in China,HG Company is in the stage of development from “production type” to "operation-production type ".Its current performance management system can reflect the current situation of performance management of project-oriented petroleum engineering companies in China,and also reflect the companies’ problem in the process of performance management.Therefore,the analysis and construction of a new performance management system can theoretically provide a set of normative and systematic performance appraisal methods for project-oriented companies,which is suitable for the development of such enterprises and the upgrading of the industry. |
