The core of project management is human management.To complete the established tasks of project management and achieve the goals of the project,you must rely on an organization,which is the project team.The organization and coordination of the project involves all aspects of the team,material resources,technical resources,etc.,but the core is the project team composed of all relevant people,a successful project,there is an excellent project team behind.Project objectives that are recognized and worked hard,project leaders with equal rights and responsibilities,reasonable and complementary team formation,team members who trust and rely on each other,high cohesiveness,good and effective communication,close collaboration,etc.,are excellent.An important embodiment of the team.With the rapid development of the social economy,in order to occupy a place in the fierce market competition,in order to achieve sustainable development under increasingly stringent resource and environmental conditions,without changing the existing organizational structure,the internal inter-departmental project team More and more applications have solved some problems that need to be solved urgently and the existing architecture is difficult to solve independently.Through the formation and operation of the inter-departmental project team,the management level and organization in the project management process are reduced,and a batch of outstanding talents are better mined and cultivated internally,and their initiative and enthusiasm are fully exerted through project practice.Seamless collaboration has improved project management effectiveness and effectively promoted the realization of project objectives.This paper first introduces the relevant knowledge of several aspects of project management,and then based on the construction of “clean production,potential tapping transformation” project of Nan Fang Soda Company,taking the internal inter-departmental project team of the project management as the research object,introducing its formation background and team composition,member division of labor and project operation.Through the questionnaire survey of team members,to evaluate the operation effect of the cross-sector project team,combined with my work experience,identify two main problems: more process conflicts,lack of performance management.Finally,according to relevant theoretical knowledge,analyze the causes and effects of the two major problems of inter-departmental project team operation,and then put forward some suggestions for improvement and improvement,and provide some guidance and help for project management practice in the future transformation and development of enterprises.
