Study On Classification Behavior And Influencing Factors Municipal Solid Waste In Changsha

With the development of economy and the continuous improvement of people’s living standards,urban ecological environment problems are becoming increasingly prominent,especially the production of urban domestic waste is growing with each passing day.Although local governments have made great efforts in legislation,financial investment,publicity and education,and achieved some results,they have achieved little.In the face of the practical dilemma of "garbage besieged city",how to stimulate the strong will of the residents to classify garbage and how to transform the will into the behavior of the residents to classify garbage is the focus of the current garbage management work.Based on the research framework of value-belief-norm theory,planned behavior theory and A-B-C theory,this article explores the factors that may affect the classification behavior of MSW,and constructs the structural model of the classification behavior of MSW.Amos21.0 is used to analyze the influence path and hypothesis test of the structural model.The results show that: behavior attitude,subjective norms,perceived behavior control,policy factors,environmental facilities and service factors all positively affect the classification willingness of urban residents’ domestic waste.In addition,considering the intermediary effect of garbage classification intention,bootstrap is used to further calculate the indirect effect.It is concluded that perceptual behavior control,subjective norms,environmental facilities and services,and policy factors can have different indirect effects on garbage classification behavior through garbage classification intention variables.Finally,the total effect ranking of the influencing factors of MSW classification behavior is calculated,from big to small: policy factors,environmental facilities and services,perceptual behavior control,subjective norms.Based on the empirical analysis results of the model,some suggestions are put forward.First,improve the relevant policies of MSW classification management from three aspects:mandatory restriction policy,incentive policy,publicity and education policy;second,improve the environmental facilities and services of MSW classification from two aspects of infrastructure supply and service quality of MSW classification;thirdly,we should improve the individual’s perception and behavior control ability from two aspects: making operable garbage classification standard and reducing the cost of garbage classification;fourth,the active role of individual subjective norms should be enhanced from two aspects: creating a group atmosphere of garbage classification,strengthening the credibility of the government and community organizations to play a leading role;fifthly,we should cultivate the positive attitude of residents to participate in garbage classification from three aspects:strengthening the moral responsibility of environmental protection,saving resources,strengthening the establishment of correct environmental values,and cultivating the concept of green consumption.It can effectively stimulate the willingness of urban residents to participate in waste classification,improve the participation rate of residents’ waste classification behavior,and effectively promote the development of urban waste classification action.
