With the development of our country’s economy, the contradiction of urbanization is intensifying.Traffic jam, population increase and garbage siege have emerged in endlessly, which have seriously hindered the progress of China’s urban development.Under the urgent situation of decreasing water and soil resources and decreasing air quality,it has become the most pressing problem to be solved in the world to reduce resource waste, protect ecological environment and maintain ecological balance through garbage classification.Based on the theory of planned behavior, this paper introduces theories of social psychology and other disciplines, comprehensively uses the comprehensive action decision theory and system dynamics model, etc.,and combines the previous research results to construct a system dynamics model of urban residents’ garbage sorting behavior.Taking Beijing as a specific case,a questionnaire survey was carried out.According to the collected questionnaire data, strategy simulation and TOPSIS methods were adopted to conduct an empirical analysis on the classification willingness and classification behavior of Beijing urban residents. The main conclusions are as follows:(1)From a macroscopic analysis,it can be seen that when the incentive policies and publicity are the same, facility convenience plays a major role in the impact of classification behavior. It can be inferred that the impact of facility convenience is greater than that of peers.and classification concerns.(2)From the analysis results, the incentive strength, the convenience of classification facilities and the publicity strength can positively promote the classification behavior of residents, and the influence degree is relatively large.Based on this, the government can promote residents’ garbage classification behavior by adopting improved incentive policies, increasing incentives,or increasing residents’ attention to garbage classification behavior.(3)In the early and middle period of single policy implementation, peer influence has a negative inhibitory effect on classification behavior, but with the passage of time,in the middle and late period of policy implementation, peer influence has a positive promotion effect on classification behavior.Based on this, while the classification policy is improving day by day,the community can actively advocate the "exemplary leading" role of community cadres in the community, and use the behavior of community cadres to adopt garbage classification to influence and drive community residents.(4)If the government hopes to simultaneously promote multiple measures to greatly increase the participation of classified behaviors in a short period of time,it can give priority to improving the convenience of classified facilities and the promotion of policies. When facility convenience and policy publicity reach a relatively stable state, measures to improve peer influence and incentive policies can more effectively improve residents’ classified behavior. |
