| Economic globalization has accelerated the formation of international market integration,and competition among enterprises has become increasingly fierce,especially for talents.If an enterprise wants to develop continuously and steadily,having a group of efficient and stable employees is the key.In recent years,with the continuous development of M Co.,Ltd.,the demand for personnel has gradually increased,but the turnover rate of employees has remained high.For this reason,M Co.,Ltd.has adopted methods such as increasing salary,improving work content,and strengthening communication to retain Employees,but the effect is not significant,and employee satisfaction is still not high.Therefore,this article focuses on the improvement strategy of employee satisfaction of M Co.,Ltd.to study.Based on two factor theory,equity theory and Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory,this paper studies the current situation of employee satisfaction in M Co.,Ltd.by using the methods of literature research,questionnaire survey,interview and data analysis.The satisfaction of M Co.,Ltd.is investigated and analyzed from the four dimensions of work return,work environment,work itself and employee relationship.It is found that there are problems in the four dimensions,especially in the two dimensions of work return and work environment.The employee satisfaction is low.The main reasons are unreasonable salary system,lack of performance appraisal mechanism,poor comfort of work environment Lack of rest places,etc.The job itself and employee relationship dimension satisfaction are higher than the first two,but there are still problems,mainly in the limited career development of employees,unclear career planning,insufficient construction of corporate culture,League building activities,experience sharing and system construction.In view of the above problems of employee satisfaction,this paper puts forward improvement strategies from four dimensions,such as establishing a scientific and reasonable salary management system and performance management system,formulating standardized salary distribution criteria,improving the comfort of working environment,increasing necessary rest places,formulating a reasonable and perfect career development plan,and strengthening the construction of corporate culture.It is hoped that the research on the strategy of improving employee satisfaction of M Co.,Ltd.can effectively help m Co.,Ltd.improve employee satisfaction,improve the competitiveness of the company,and contribute to the sustainable development of the company.At the same time,it is also hoped to provide some reference value for future generations to study similar enterprises. |
