Since the 18 th National Congress of the Party,the state has put the reform of state-owned enterprises in a prominent and important position.Shenhua Beidian Shengli Energy Co.,Ltd.,as the leading enterprise of coal open-pit mining,starts from the production staff of the main business department and responds positively to the two important requirements of energy saving and efficiency improvement.Saving energy and improving efficiency means getting fewer and better people to achieve work goals,which means that employees should increase their work input and produce work results efficiently.Job satisfaction is an important factor affecting employee's output.How to improve employee's satisfaction effectively becomes Shenbei Electric Power Company significant challenges in management practice of li energy companies.This study summarizes and combs the domestic and foreign literature on the concept definition,measurement methods,influencing factors and supporting theory of employee job satisfaction,and summarizes the logical process of improving employee satisfaction.According to the existing research results and the actual situation of the production staff of Shenhua Beidian Shengli Energy Company,the evaluation index system of the production employee satisfaction is determined,and the linear model affecting the employee satisfaction is constructed.A questionnaire was distributed to 887 production employees of Shenhua Beidian Shengli Energy Company.By using SPSS 21.0 software to process and analyze the recovered data,this paper explores the influence of various factors on the satisfaction of production employees Sound intensity,and compared with each factor satisfaction score,found the weakness of management practice,targeted to improve Shenhuabei Power Shengli Energy Company production staff satisfaction.The study verified the relationship between the selected factors and the production employee satisfaction,and found that the compensation and welfarefactors of Shenhuabei Power Shengli Energy Company had the greatest effect on the production employee satisfaction.Finally,aiming at the key factors that affect the job satisfaction of production employees,from the construction of fair compensation and welfare and promotion system,the improvement of production jobs By itself,coordinating the interpersonal aspects of the organization,provides a viable solution to improve employee satisfaction.
