Research On The Intrinsic Safety Management Of H Hazardous Chemical Company

Chemical industry is an important part of national industrial system.Chemical enterprises in the production process use a variety of chemicals,with different properties.Many chemicals have active chemical properties,which are flammable,explosive and highly toxic,which bring huge safety risks to the production and operation of chemical enterprises.Every year,there are dangerous chemical safety accidents in China,which not only cause casualties,but also cause considerable damage to the local surrounding environment.It has become a new topic to do a good job in the safety production management of hazardous chemicals and prevent the occurrence of safety accidents.First of all,the paper introduces the background and theory of Intrinsic Safety Management,including accident cause theory,energy accidental release theory,modern system safety theory and so on.Secondly,this paper analyzes the process during design,construction and operation of the production unit in H Dangerous Chemical Company,and puts forward the specific problems in the field management,facilities management,personnel safety awareness and training management.Thirdly,the design of the Management Plan is put forward in terms of personnel,facilities,environment,management system and life-cycle management.In terms of personnel,to promote the concept of safety,managers should achieve "sensible leadership" and all staff should receive safety training,it is the responsibility of "me" to make clear the safety management;in the field of machinery and equipment,we should do a good job in the reasonable selection of machinery and equipment,carry out the classified management and control of the safety risk of the equipment,and do a good job in the management of the safety risk and the management of the hidden danger in the operation,to ensure the integrity of machinery and equipment;to do a good job of 5s on-site management of the working environment,production environment risk and Operability analysis;to establish the safety responsibility system of all personnel in respect of the inherent safety of the management system,to complete the compilation of the system in safety management,to implement life-cycle safety management,to do a good job in the construction period of safety "three simultaneous" management,after the launch of the safety status evaluation.Then,the implementation of Intrinsic Safety Management in h dangerous chemical company,through the Intrinsic Safety Management Promotion,H dangerous chemical company’s safety benefit has improved,also provide the good state for the management development of the company.
