| With the continuous development of my country’s economy,the hazardous chemicals industry is an important part of today’s modern industrial system in the world,and its industry development scale and direction are playing an increasingly critical role in promoting the industrialization and transformation of modern society.However,due to the inherent inflammable,explosive,toxic and harmful characteristics of hazardous chemicals,serious accidents such as fires and explosions,mass deaths and injuries frequently occur,causing severe international impact and greatly threatening people’s lives and property safety.Therefore,domestic hazardous chemical enterprise generally adopt the health,safety and environment(HSE)management system,carry out in-depth safety risk identification and evaluation activities,and actively promote the safe development of enterprises.Based on the research on risk identification and the analysis of hazardous chemical accidents,this thesis summarizes a set of safety risk identification procedures for hazardous chemical enterprise,and applies it to T company for case studies,thereby establishing its safety risk evaluation index system.Then apply the analytic hierarchy process combined with the expert scoring method to determine the weight of each indicator,and use the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to combine the weight of each indicator to establish a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of T company security risk,calculate the evaluation results of each indicator,and according to the principle of maximum membership Determine its security risk level.Finally,an effective risk response strategy is proposed based on the evaluation results,thereby improving the level of enterprise security risk management.This thesis is representative of the research on the safety risk assessment of T company,which can not only promote the safety development of the enterprise,but also provide some references for other hazardous chemical companies in risk management. |
