Research On Safety Management Of Hazardous Chemicals’ Trading Enterprises Within Dalian Jinzhou New District

The public society pays increasingly more attentions to the safety of productions, as our economic development and living standards improve. Hazardous chemicals’ trading enterprises cover every aspects of our national economy, and are tightly close to almost all production activities and to our daily life.Based up on a thorough survey on the safety management status of hazardous chemicals’ trading enterprises within Jinzhou New District, the thesis firstly points out the major issues at those trading enterprises:the unbalanced distributions of the government law enforcement, lack impetus for the automation of enterprise security facilities by government, the shortage of safety monitoring systems, the poor education level of the employees, the lack of safety trainings,, the lack of clear internal operational rules. Then, through the further researches, the thesis finds out the causes the above issues, including the lack of license requirement for trading hazardous chemicals, not enough governmental monitoring forces, aged equipment, and the ferocious competition. Lastly, countering the current safety status of hazardous chemicals’trading enterprises within Jinzhou New District and its causes, thesis gives out its suggestions to strengthen the safety management of those trading enterprises.At present, there are few studies on the safety management of hazardous chemicals management industry, and the specific investigation and analysis of this field can be carried out in this research field.
