Research On Safety Management Of Small And Micro Hazardous Chemicals Enterprises In YT City, Shandong

With the continuous improvement of China's economic level,people's concern about safety is getting higher and higher,and the failure of enterprise safety evaluation and management has greatly affected the occurrence frequency of accidents.In this paper,on the basis of literature review,the safety evaluation and management status quo at home and abroad were reviewed and summarized,found at present about small micro for domestic enterprises safety evaluation and management system of the research is still in the initial stage.There is not a lot of literature on the safety evaluation and management system of small and micro dangerous chemical enterprises.This article through to small micro overview description of the safety assessment and management for enterprises,respectively,for small micro for enterprise's characteristics,existing problems,development trend,and development situation are analyzed.Through to the small micro for overview of purpose and the role of enterprise security evaluation,analyzes the influence factors of safety evaluation,and based on the summary of the role of safety management,analyzes the factors affecting safety management,further to determine the impact small micro for enterprise safety evaluation and management of the index system.Based on the sample of 223 small and micro non-pharmaceutical enterprises in YT city,the method of questionnaire survey and interview was used for statistical analysis.The weights of the indexes of the safety evaluation and management of small and micro dangerous chemicals were evaluated by the expert scoring method.To evaluation questionnaire of each index,based on the analysis of influence the index of safety assessment and management,affecting the small micro for enterprise safety evaluation and management of the weak indicators,using SPSS software was carried out on the index system of validity and reliability analysis,verify the validity of the questionnaire.DEA data envelopment method is used to analyze the validity of the relationship between input and output of small and micro dangerous chemicals.Aiming at the weak index of small and micro dangerous enterprises,this paper analyzes the weak points to optimize the safety management of small and micro dangerous chemical enterprises.Affecting the small micro for enterprise security evaluation and management of the index,quantitative analysis of evaluation index is lower than the average index:safety evaluation regulation,the enterprise to the attention of safety evaluation and safety evaluation of quality.By taking optimization measures to improve safety evaluation supervision,enterprises' attention to safety evaluation,and safety evaluation quality index index,optimize the safety evaluation system of small and micro dangerous chemicals.The indexes of safety management indexes below average are found: the level of safety management personnel,the improvement of safety awareness of enterprise employees,the improvement of employees' emergency self-rescue ability,and the reduction of the hidden danger frequency of enterprises.By taking effective measures to improve the level of safety management,improve enterprise employee safety consciousness,improve staff emergency self-help ability,reduce the enterprise risk frequency index,so as to achieve optimization of small micro for enterprise's safety management system.Developed a set of optimized small measures of the safety assessment and management system for enterprises,finally through measures to balance the security index of evaluation and management system,for small micro enterprise for better safety management work carries on the preliminary discussion.
