Study On Safety Supervision Of Hazardous Chemicals In Yantai City

With the rapid development of economy and society,the chemical industry has become one of the pillar industries of China’s national economy and an important part of social production and life.At the same time,because of the characteristics of chemical process itself and the wide use of dangerous chemicals,the prevention and management of safety accidents in this field become increasingly complex.In recent years,several hazardous chemical accidents occurred at home and abroad with great harmfulness and destructive power,causing great concern,and government safety supervision in the field of hazardous chemicals has been widely concerned.How effective the safety supervision of hazardous chemicals is is directly related to social stability and the safety of people’s lives and property.Therefore,to do a good job of safety supervision in the field of hazardous chemicals has become an urgent need to improve the level of government public management.According to the idea of raising,analyzing and solving problems,this paper uses the methods of theoretical analysis,literature research,factor analysis and questionnaire survey,and puts forward the main problems and improvement schemes of the safety supervision of dangerous chemicals in Yantai by using the methods of theoretical analysis,literature research,factor analysis and questionnaire survey.First of all,this paper defines the relevant concepts and theoretical basis of hazardous chemicals safety supervision,briefly expounds the relevant theoretical basis,and analyzes the status quo of hazardous chemicals supervision mechanism in Yantai City.Secondly,through questionnaire survey and factor analysis,the main influencing factors of safety supervision problems of hazardous chemicals in Yantai City are deeply analyzed.Thirdly,from the relationship between regulatory responsibilities,innovate methods,to strengthen enterprise’s main body responsibility implement,enhance the level of science and technology support,give play to the role of public supervision and strict responsibility,and so on aspects of yantai hazardous chemical materials safety supervising and optimizing countermeasures.Finally,from the aspects of human resources,capital and cultural construction,the paper puts forward the guarantee measures to realize the improvement scheme.
