In the context of the rural revitalization strategy,a good rural ecological environment is an important resource support for improving the rural human settlement environment and promoting rural development.With economic development,the amount of domestic garbage in rural areas has increased sharply,and environmental pollution has become more and more serious.The level of rural garbage disposal cannot keep up with the modernization of farmers’ living standards and consumption concepts.Therefore,combining the different conditions in the rural areas of various regions,exploring a reasonable governance model,fundamentally changing the rural human settlement environment,and realizing rural revitalization are of great significance in both theoretical and practical aspects.This article takes Linli County as the research object,from the perspective of improving the living environment,building beautiful villages,and realizing rural revitalization,and selects public product theory,collaborative governance theory,multi-center governance theory and other theories as the basis.Under the premise of reading a lot of literature Conduct research on the concepts,theories and examples of rural domestic waste management,and investigate the methods,effectiveness and development process of rural waste management in Linli County,as well as farmers’environmental awareness,publicity work,and basic conditions of hardware facilities through questionnaire surveys,field visits and other methods.Use the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to construct the governance effect evaluation system.Through the evaluation of the effect of the treatment of rural domestic waste in the three-year action on the human settlement environment in Linli County,it is understood that the Linli County government and people have made efforts to improve the human settlement environment and the results achieved.The effect of rural waste treatment is obvious,and the environment of the villagers is obvious.Compared with the past,the awareness of protection has been greatly improved.The garbage classification infrastructure has been realized from scratch.However,due to various reasons,there are still shortcomings in the treatment of rural domestic garbage,such as:1.Due to insufficient financial investment,the basic The facilities are weak.2.The participation of villagers needs to be improved.3.Lack of government propaganda work,etc.To this end,this article puts forward a series of suggestions:1.Increase financial investment and increase funding sources.2.Improve farmers’ enthusiasm for participation.3.Improve the scientific management system to avoid fragmentation.With a view to systematically perfecting Linli County’s rural domestic waste management policy,improving the efficiency of treatment,and achieving the goal of promoting the improvement of the rural living environment.
