Green water and green mountains is the fundamental guarantee of a good life for the people.In recent years,with the improvement of the rural economy and living standards,the rural living sewage discharge has proliferated,and the environmental pollution problems caused by rural living sewage have become more and more serious.The potential safety hazards of rural domestic sewage will not only endanger the ecological environment of rural water sources,but also exacerbate the crisis of freshwater resources,damage rural arable land,and even seriously threaten the process of rural development.Therefore,to strengthen the construction of rural sewage collection and treatment facilities,to avoid the pollution problems caused by the direct discharge of rural sewage,is a key part of the rural habitat improvement work.However,due to the special geographical environment and climatic conditions of rural areas in Yunnan Province,the choice of rural living sewage treatment process and later operation,need to be tailored to local conditions and careful consideration.At present,some villages in Yunnan Province sewage treatment facilities have not been perfected,the choice of the existing sewage treatment process and which model is the most efficient,there is a lack of a scientific and effective evaluation method.This paper takes Z town in L county,Kunming city,Yunnan province as the research object,takes three aspects of ecological and environmental benefits,economic benefits and technical efficiency as the entry point,selects a total of 18secondary indicators,applies the AHP-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,comprehensively constructs a rural domestic wastewater treatment technology evaluation index system,and verifies through the three existing local wastewater treatment models.The results show that:(1)Among the comprehensive evaluation indicators,the weights of ecological and environmental benefits,economic benefits and technical efficiency are 0.6741,0.2250 and 0.1009 respectively.(2)Under eco-environmental benefits,the five secondary indicators of protecting and improving river water quality,improving the rural ecological environment,focusing on improving the quality of life of farmers,improving local infrastructure and resource use have weight values of 0.5443,0.1168,0.1168,0.1043 and 0.1178respectively.Under economic benefits,the four secondary indicators of project investment,operation and maintenance management costs,construction area and population served,and whether or not to drive local industrial development,have weight values of 0.5998,0.1949,0.1260 and 0.0793 respectively.Under technical efficiency,process selection and practicality,effluent water quality management,wastewater treatment station location,total wastewater treatment,technical management control ease,tailwater discharge management,COD removal rate,TP removal rate,TN removal rate,nine secondary indicators weighting values of 0.3316,0.0459,0.1099,0.0839,0.0497,0.0629,respectively.0.1442,0.0860,0.0860.(3)18 secondary indicators of the protection and improvement of river water quality indicators have the greatest weight,is the primary need for local rural domestic sewage treatment.Project investment,the degree of resource utilization,improving the rural ecological environment,improving the quality of life of farmers,and improving local infrastructure,the five indicators have a combined weight of more than 40%of the total indicators,and are also important indicators for the evaluation of rural domestic wastewater treatment technology in Z town.(4)In the process of empirically evaluating the existing local wastewater treatment technology combinations,the study found that:D1 pretreatment(grate canal+conditioning tank)+anaerobic contact oxidation+artificial wetland technology combination program rating of 73.0320;D2 pretreatment(grate canal+conditioning tank)+A~2O+artificial wetland technology combination program rating of 84.1315;D3 pretreatment(grate canal+conditioning tank)+A~2O+artificial wetland technology combination program rating of 73.6924,resulting in the conclusion of D2>D3>D1.The evaluation results show that the pretreatment(grate canal+regulating tank)+A~2O+artificial wetland technology is the most suitable for the treatment of rural domestic sewage in Z town,and is recommended as the preferred technology solution for the treatment of rural sewage in Z town.This paper uses the relevant evaluation model to combine the rural domestic wastewater treatment needs and technical efficiency considerations,the analysis and evaluation of three kinds of rural domestic wastewater treatment technology in a Southwest collector town,calculated to arrive at the best solution for wastewater treatment,to provide reference for the selection of rural domestic wastewater treatment technology for similar basic conditions.
