Research On The Financial Risk Management Of H Company’s Construction Project

With the rapid development of society,the level of the chemical industry has been quickly improved,which has directly become a strong driving force for the increase in chemical construction projects.A large number of construction projects have been started,and more "chemical workers" have thrown themselves into production and construction.With the increasing demand for science and technology,the complexity of construction has also increased year by year,Which is facing more opportunities and challenges.However,most constructors only pay attention to the schedule and quality in the construction,and the degree of risk in financial affairs has been underestimated.For example,the construction project risk management of H company,managed by the main enterprise,is lacking of its own financial risk management experience,and it is urgent to make an improvement.At the stage of financial risk identification,the writer has read a lot of documents,and summarized 43 typical risk factors.The first 12 main risks,assessed by Delphi method,can be classified into the following five aspects: capital risk,material cost risk,delayed construction period risk,tax risk and others.In the evaluation stage,the ranking order of risk factors can be summarized through the analysis of financial indicators of the construction project of H Company from 2017 to 2019,the AHP level of the five major risks,and the capital risk the eight types of ratios.The results of studies show that the capital risk is the largest factor influenced the financial risk of the construction project of Company H,Which followed by material cost risk and tax risk.Finally,combined the evaluation results with the actual situation of the construction project,the prevention and control measures can be proposed to complete the writing.Based on the research on financial risk management of construction projects of H company,this paper will help to build a financial risk management system for chemical construction projects,and help construction projects of the same type to avoid financial risks appropriately,to ensure the company to realize a long-term,stable and healthy development.I sincerely hope that this article can provide some ideas for financial risk management of construction projects.
