| Curriculum is the core of school education,while training curriculum is the core of vocational school education.It is the goal and duty of vocational school teachers to increase the effectiveness of training courses.Based on a practical training course in a secondary vocational school,this paper obtains the main content of learning situation design through two locations of hotel and school,and three main bodies of teachers,students and hotel staff,and carries out detailed design,relatively innovative training course design in vocational school,which has certain research significance.First of all,on the basis of predecessors,this paper understands that the current research on learning situation design of practical training courses is not deep enough,and the specific situation design is not detailed enough.At the same time,it finds that there are few related papers based on the course of "catering service and management".Then it expounds the ideas and methods of learning situation design for a vocational school.Then,after understanding the related concepts of learning situation,the thesis is written on the basis of action oriented learning,constructivism and situational cognitive learning theory.Secondly,the current teaching situation of "catering service and management" course in secondary vocational school is investigated and summarized,and the following problems are summed up: first,the training facilities are limited,which can not meet the learning needs of students;second,the teaching design ability of teachers is relatively weak,which can not reflect the characteristics of vocational education;third,the teaching method is mainly teaching method,which can not guarantee the teaching of training course Effect.Finally,according to the results of the hotel survey,based on the systematic mode of work process,according to a set of relatively stable and imitative operating procedures,the transformation of typical work tasks,action areas and learning areas is carried out,and the course of catering service learning area is obtained,which is divided into four learning situations: Chinese food service,Western food service,coffee shop service and room delivery service and catering service skills.At the same time,Chinese food service is divided into three learning sub situations: the individual service of Chinese restaurants,Chinese food VIP room service and Chinese food banquet service,and two of them are designed in detail.It is of great practical significance to design and study the learning situation of practical training courses based on a vocational school,which helps to increase students’ interest in learning and improve the quality of training students.At the same time,it shows that teachers in secondary vocational schools are able to complete the learning situation design of practical courses.Only every teacher in vocational schools has such awareness and action,can they get rid of the past disciplinary teaching methods and become a better teacher who teaches both theoretical knowledges and practical skills. |
