| The online catering delivery service has solved the problem of dining to a certain extent and satisfied the needs of convenience in dining.With the development of the Internet,while the demand for food and beverage distribution has increased,it has become more and more closely connected with consumers’ daily lives.The large use of plastic disposable food utensils has caused a waste of resources,and a large amount of food waste has also been generated in a disposable manner,which has caused a burden on environmental protection and resource utilization.Therefore,reducing food utensils waste and resource consumption has become a concern for designers.The research takes sustainability as the starting point,and systematically sorts out the related problems existing in the food utensils.Through the investigation of the problems and the analysis of the current status of food utensils,combined with sustainable design principles and methods,systematic design requirements for food utensils are put forward.Under the guidance of this requirement,compare and summarize the advantages and disadvantages of different categories,materials,and the advantages and disadvantages of the delivery process,combining research on similar products,stakeholders,usage characteristics and other related aspects,propose the design of food utensils,usage methods,and circulation systems,and use recycling as a guide to carry out online catering system design.The innovation of the research lies in the establishment of a recycling scheme for online food utensils equipment from three aspects:food utensils design,use strategy and recycling mode through systematic analysis and research on online food utensils.Taking food utensils as the core,combining use strategies and recycling models to systematically improve sustainability,,increase the recycling rate of food utensils,reduce the pressure on the management of food utensils waste,and promote the sustainability of online catering services development. |
