| With the development of the information age,the development of enterprises has ushered in new opportunities,while job training is also facing a whole new set of challenges.In an oilfield logging company mapping room research found that when there is a new logging interpretation comprehensive business system training tasks,traditional job training methods for logging interpretation comprehensive business system is difficult to meet the individual needs of learners,its training methods are single,universal is not strong;training feedback is limited,the evaluation system is incomplete;training personalization is not obvious;personalized training investment costs are high,the enterprise can not afford.Therefore,based on the theory of personalized teaching,this paper combines a variety of training methods,constructs a job training model for the comprehensive business system of logging and interpretation,designs and implements a job training system,and applies it to actual training work to verify the applicability of the training model.Firstly,a job training model for the logging and interpretation integrated business system was constructed.In-depth analysis of the current situation of job training and training method research lays the foundation for the model design work;with personalized teaching as the theoretical support and the principles of model construction as guidance,the model design idea and job training process are clarified,and the job training model for the comprehensive business system of logging and interpretation is constructed.Next,the job training system is designed.The functional architecture of the job training system and the design process of the system framework are described in detail;the job training method,personalized learning path recommendation and training evaluation system are also elaborated.Finally,the application effect analysis of the job training system is carried out.Applying the job training system to actual training work,learners use the training system to learn job skills knowledge and obtain personalized training solutions that meet their own characteristics and satisfy the learning needs and job needs of learners;the evaluation of the training system by users is collected from various aspects such as system satisfaction,system functions and training effects to verify the feasibility and practicality of the job training model. |
