The Study On Employees’ Question And Suggestion Of Vocational Training In Home Services Industry In Jilin Province

Home services industry is a kind of industry to provide profitable service for the family,in a nutshell, it is also domestic services industry.In China, home services industry started relatively late, the scope of services industry is domestic service mostly,including household cleaning, baby care, maternity matron, hourly workers,etc,the rang of home services is relatively narrow and the quality of services is also low.As the services industry,improving the quality of services is undoubtedly the important factor to increase the competitiveness of enterprises,and the key to improve the quality of services is the vocational training of employees.Currently, the research of related to home services industry that includes caring for the aged, the home services industry existences problems, prospects,legal policies and measures is macroscopic,and it is difficult to substantially and effectively solve the problem that the home services industry faces.So starting from the microscopic vocational training of employees of homes services industry and using the theory of human capital management, the vocational education and home services,etc to study the problems of vocational training that exist in the domestic service enterprises in the city of Changchun in Jilin province,and find out the reasonable vocational training countermeasures will provide ideas and reference for the standard development of home services industry in the vocational training field specification.The paper takes partial domestic schools that have the vocational qualification,housekeeping staffs and training teacher in Changchun as the target of the survey,using the methods of questionnaires,interview, field observation,reviewing literature,etc,through the Excel and SPSS statistical software for data collection and analysis, and summarizes the problems of the employees of home services industry in Changchun in vocational training,the problems are:the content of pre-vocational training is too broad and pertinent;the content of post skills training is imperfect; there are fewer schools that have he vocational qualification in home services industry and vocational training programs carried out are single;the employees participating in vocational training are older, and the training efficiency is lower; the overall quality of home services industry employees is lower and the employees are greater mobile; home services industry employees recognize the vocational training subjectively,but the will to participate in the vocational training will be affected by the objective physical capital;the vocational training time is less;the number of books about vocational training of home services industry employees is not much and less standard;the power of vocational training teachers is not strong;the scale of the practical training bases in domestic companies are smaller;the mode of training examination is single and the recognition of evaluation methods is not uniform.Then from domestic enterprises, government and the relevant functional departments,domestic schools, advanced schools,etc,the article puts forward some suggestion which is to strengthen government supervision;to define the respective duties of various departments; to establish a set of perfect and with local characteristics system,legal laws and regulations of the home services industry vocational training; to attract social capital to participate in vocational training;to strengthen the ability of scientific study about home services industry in advanced schools,etc to solve the issues.It will have a reference and effect to the future development of vocational training market of domestic services in Changchun.
